Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - RV Check-in is 1pm - RV Check-out is 11am - All guests are required to check in with The Resort Office upon your initial return to The Resort. - Please notify the registration desk of extended departures. - Upon checking in, you will be issued a form to commence mail service. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Site - Whenever possible, guests will be escorted to their site by staff. - Do not change sites without Manager approval. - Be cautious of utility pedestals. - Damage caused by guests will result in repair fees. Quiet Hours - 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. - Except for work or activities authorized by Management, avoid loud noises and activities during quiet hours. - Please be courteous to your neighbors. - Loud music, parties, gatherings, profane or obscene language, verbal harassment, arguing, public intoxication, excessive vehicles or guests/visitors during quiet hours, disturbing noises, and all other forms of disruptive conduct are prohibited. - Nuisance creating exterior speakers, horns, whistles, bells, or other sound devices are prohibited, except security devices installed at homes and used exclusively for security purpose (and installed by a licensed contractor in compliance with applicable ordinances, regulations, and these rules). Recreational Vehicle Restrictions - We can accommodate Motorhomes, 5th Wheels and Travel Trailers. - All rigs must be less than 10 years old, unless approved by management. - Vans, conversions, pop-up campers, high-low trailers, campers and tents are not permitted. - Unsightly, ill-fitting added structures (i.e., awnings, sunshades, added room structures, gazebos, etc.) will not be allowed. - Adding to the outside of your rig is not permitted. - Decks built outside of the rig are not permitted. - Steps may be built with Manager approval and must be kept in excellent condition. RV Lots - Lot rent is based on two adults. - Only authorized guests and visitors shall occupy the Lot. - Children over 12 will cost $5/day for daily sites and $150/month for monthly sites. - Visitors and all others must register at the office. Campground Disclaimer - By law, Oak Forest RV Resort is a service-oriented business and therefore, we do not have a landlord/tenant relationship with guests staying at the resort. - Discounts for extended stay guests does not create a landlord/tenant relationship. - Lot rent is non-refundable, and site agreements are not transferable, except in approved cases where a transfer fee has been paid. - Resident is responsible for all fees pertaining to the occupancy of the lot/unit.

Cancellation Policy Refunds - No refunds will be given for early departures or ‘No Shows’. - Upon early departure from a Monthly Site, the lot reverts to The Resort, with no refunds. - Rent on lot shall not be transferred or assumed. - No refunds or prorating of site fee will be given. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
