Frequently Asked Questions When is Check-In and Check-Out? - Check-In is at 1:00 PM, and Check-Out is at 11:00 AM. When are quiet hours? - 10 pm – 8 am What is the cancellation policy? - A $25 cancellation fee will be assessed for any cancellation made three days or longer before arrival. - Reservations canceled within 3 days of reservation are subject to a full day’s rental ($50 Standard, Deluxe $55, Premium $60). How big are the sites? - 50’ to 60’ deep What are your amenities? - Heated Swimming Pool, free Wi-Fi, guest laundry facilities, clubhouse, private showers, and Restrooms. Is your resort gated? - Yes, fully gated and security-coded entrance and exit What are office hours? - 9 am to 5 pm. Do you require an application and background check for monthly guests? - We require a background check, photos of all four sides of the rig, and an agreement packet. How do site rentals work? - Site rent is paid in advance. - Rates apply to 4 people, 1 RV, and/or 2 vehicles. - There is an extra charge for additional vehicles and people. - All visitors must register at the office and are asked to leave the grounds by 10:00 pm. Can we start campfires? - You may bring your own above-ground fire pit for use as allowed by any applicable fire restrictions/regulations in place at the time of your stay. - Fees for damage to grass and landscaping resulting from fires or personal fire pits may be assessed. Are there picnic tables? - Not currently. Do we have to clean our site? - We ask that you clean up personal items and usage. - The resort will then power wash the sites upon your departure. What are the restrictions? - No fireworks, disorderly conduct, or other methods of inhibiting the good times of others. - Any person who defaces, injures, or destroys resort property or equipment or whose children, pets, or guests do so will be held liable for the full cost of damages. Where do we place our trash? - We have site-to-site trash picked up daily. - After-hours dumpsters are located by the exit gates. What are the age restrictions for children? - Any child under the age of 14 must have an adult with them, including the pool area. No person under the age of 16 is permitted in the jacuzzi. Golf carts must have a likenesses driver to drive them. Can we use generators at our campsite? - Yes, but not during quiet hours unless the power has gone out. What are the rules regarding sewer connections? - All campers must be fully contained and may screw into the sewer system. The state of Texas also requires a slinky hose. Are firearms allowed? - Open carry is not allowed in public areas. Can we use a site that isn’t being occupied? - No, the use of any site must be paid for. What are the hours for restrooms, shower houses, and laundry facilities? - 24 hours a day. Can we park our vehicles or extra vehicles on the grass at our RV site? - No, all parking must fit in the site you have rented. Additionally, we are taking measures posted by the CDC and local health authorities, as well as following all guidelines outlined by our local and state authorities to help protect the health and well-being of our team members and guests: - We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting our public areas. - Restrooms and laundry facilities will remain available for use at your discretion, and these areas will continue to be cleaned and disinfected during posted hours. - Keeping our employees fully informed on how to stay healthy “on the job” and at home. No employee is permitted to work if they are not feeling well. We believe it is in challenging times like these that the power of hospitality is needed most of all.
