Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Pet Policy
- Any pets must be registered at the front desk upon check-in.
- There is a pet fee of $50.00 for previously registered pets.
- Any found non-registered pets at any sites or found to be in any cabins that are not pet friendly or in the glamping tents found after check-in and/or after check-out, your account will be assessed and charged a $500.00 fee immediately.
- You are responsible for cleaning up any feces during your stay.
- Pet bags are provided free of charge at the front desk upon request.
- If you do not clean up after your pet, your account will be assessed a $20.00 fee per pile of excrement that is cleaned up by any park employee.
- Multiple warnings, and you may be asked to leave the park, and there will be no refunds if asked to do so.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- All single reservation changes or cancellations must be made 11 days prior to the date of arrival in order to receive a refund.
- Money will not be refunded for any reservation that is not cancelled within this timeframe.
- We will be happy to change the dates of a group reservation (one time) if notified thirty-one (31) days prior to your reserved date.
- All single cancellations will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee to cover the credit card and processing fees.
- Holiday Reservations cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival will incur a $30 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations for Holiday reservations 31 days or less will not be refunded for any reason. Group reservations are non-refundable.
- All refunds are based on the original reservation dates.
- Any act of God or Government order to close any part of our park does not entitle us to any discounts on rates or refunds to be paid.
- Reservations for holiday weekends and special events will require cancellations 31 days prior to the date of arrival.
- There will be a $30 cancellation fee per site.
- These include New Year Eve/Day week, Easter weekend and Monday, Memorial Day week, July 4th week, Labor Day week, Shades of the Past week, Fall/Spring Rod Run week, Thanksgiving week, and Christmas week.
Refund Policy
- No refunds after check-in.
- All refunds are based on original reservation dates.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
- Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1.
- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
