Serendipity Resort & Campground

Check-in Procedure - Check-in time is 3 pm. - Check-out time is 11 am. - Campers must check in at the camp store before setting up camp. - All reservations include 4 people. We charge $10 for each additional person per day beyond 4. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Visitors - All visitors must register before entering the campground. Age - You must be at least 21 years of age to camp without being accompanied by a parent. - No one under the age of 18 may be left unsupervised on the resort property. Parking - Campsites will offer space for 2 vehicles (maximum is 2 vehicles per campsite). - No vehicles are allowed on cart paths. Bathrooms and Showers - Restrooms and showers are open 24 hours. Waterpark Passes - Our waterpark is open daily from 10 am to Dusk. - All resort activities are included with your site rental for up to 4 people, except the waterpark. - Waterpark passes are $20/person for the first full day and $10/person for each additional day. A new wristband is required each day. - Only Wibit life jackets are allowed in the waterpark. - Wibit jackets are not allowed in any other water features on the property ie. Swimming pools or lakes. RV sites - RV’s of all sizes are welcome at Serendipity. - With both 30- and 50-amp hookups,. - Back in and pull through the sites available. - Full hookups make your home on wheels easily accommodated here. Campsite Amenities - Each campsite will offer a picnic table a fire ring, and charcoal grills. Firewood - Wood for campfires is offered for sale at Serendipity (no outside wood allowed onto the property) for $10/bucket. - No cutting of trees or limbs from trees is allowed. - Only limbs on the ground can be used for firewood. Trees - No driving nails in trees, please. Waterpark - There is no lifeguard on duty at pools/waterparks (Hours 9 am til dusk) swim at your own risk. - Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult. Quiet Hours - Quiettime Hours 11 pm to 8 am. The curfew for minors is 11 pm. Vehicles - No ATVs or ATVs allowed in the resort. - No vehicles are allowed off roads or in parking areas. - Golf carts: Must hold a valid driver's license to drive golf carts on the property, golf cart rental is available for $40 per day. - You may bring your own golf cart for a $20 per day fee or $40 for the stay. - All golf carts must be accompanied by a copy of the certificate of liability insurance. - Carts must stay on paths, do not shortcut through campsites Speed Limit - There is a 5-mile-per-hour speed limit in the resort. This applies to all vehicles! Campfires - Campfires are only allowed in fire rings. - During fire burn bans, campfires are not permitted. - Campfires must be extinguished when leaving the site or retiring to bed. Alcohol and Smoking - Alcohol beverages are permitted at campsites only. - No Smoking in Yurts or Cabins. - Smoking is NOT allowed in pools, waterpark areas, or in buildings, including yurts, cabins & bathhouses. - No cooking inside the yurt. - No trespassing on connecting properties around the resort. - No fireworks on the property. - No firearms on the property (concealed weapons are not permitted). Pets - Pets are welcome in the resort. - Must be kept quiet and on a leash. - Barking dogs must leave the campground. - Clean up after your pets. - No pets in buildings, or yurts. A non-refundable pet fee for cabins is $30/night. - No pets in pool or pond areas. - No fence-type kennels allowed. Trash - Your campsites should always be clean of trash or debris, Trash should be disposed of in Trash Dumpsters behind the camp store at the end of your stay. - Fishing is permitted without a license; it is catch and release only. - Do not chase wildlife! We want them on our property. - Bullfrogs are not to be taken from property or hunted! Liability - A participant in a recreational activity accepts the risks inherent in the recreational activity of which the ordinary person should be aware. - A participant in a recreational activity is responsible for doing all the following: - Act within the limits of his or her ability - Heed all warnings regarding participation in the recreational activity - Maintain control of her or his person and the equipment devices or animals the person is using while participating in the recreational activity. - Refrain from acting in any manner that may cause or contribute to injury to himself or to others while participating in the recreational activity. Notice to All Guest - Serendipity Resort is a privately owned property. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, if necessary. - The campground is not responsible for accidents or injuries to our guests, or for loss of money and/or valuables of any kind. - Children are always to be supervised by an adult. - We are a family-oriented resort and as such we ask that you comply with all resort RULES and REGULATIONS presented in these terms & conditions, or as posted in the office, on the grounds, and on our website. - If you feel you are unable to follow these rules, we ask that you choose another resort for your camping experience. - Thank you for reading our rules sheet, please enjoy your stay at Serendipity!
