Registration and Arrival - Check-in is after 1:00 PM. - Check-out is by 11:00 AM. - Each nightly fee covers up to 2 people; additional guests are $5 per person per night, with a maximum of 6 people per site. - There is no day use at the RV park. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Vehicle Policy - Only one RV and one vehicle are allowed per site. - RVs and vehicles must fit completely on the gravel pad; otherwise, vehicles must use overflow parking and obtain a parking pass from the office. - Additional vehicles must register at the office, obtain a pass, and park in overflow parking. - Vehicle or RV washing is not permitted; windshield cleaning without a spray hose is allowed. Quiet Hours and Generators - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. - Generators may not be used unless park power is temporarily unavailable. Fire and Smoking Policy - Propane fire pits are allowed; wood fires are prohibited. - Smoking is prohibited inside the office, restrooms, showers, and lodge lobby. Pet Policy - Two dogs are included in the nightly fee; a third dog is permitted for an additional $5 per night. - Pets must remain leashed except inside the fenced pet area. - Guests must clean up after pets and use the pet-waste station. - Pets may not be washed in the restrooms or left unattended or tied to trees or park equipment. Children and Restrooms - Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian. - Dish and utensil washing is prohibited in the restrooms. General - All occupants must comply with federal, state, and local laws. - Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests who violate park policies to leave. - The park is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or the loss of money or valuables.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
