Rules

Check-In Procedure - Campsites/RV Sites check-in is 4 pm - Campsites/RV Sites check-out time is 11 am for all accommodations and all camp and RV sites (except for timeshare guests). - Timeshare Owners/Interval International Trade-ins check-out time is 10 am - An exception will arise only with the prepayment of amounts set out below - If an extension of time is made available by management in exchange for such prepayment. - Guest agrees that charges for late checkout will be levied at $25 plus tax per half hour or part thereof and paid by Guest via credit card provided. - Guests must be 21 years of age to book any accommodation or camping sites at Splash Valley Waterpark & Resort. - Prior to check-out, Accommodation guests are required to clean dishes in the unit and to take garbage & recycling to the disposal area. - If there is extra cleaning due to the way the unit has been left, there will be extra fees. - If furniture is moved and not put back, there will be a minimum charge of $25 per item. - Guest agrees to pay any applicable charges via the credit card provided. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Rates & Occupancy - Rates reflect a maximum depending on site or accommodation type. - Additional fees apply if you exceed the maximum occupancy. - Overnight guests are entitled to a discount at our Waterpark. - Please let the Admissions staff know you are an overnight guest when purchasing passes. - Free Wifi hotspots available in the RV Park & Waterpark. - All accommodation and camping facilities have a defined maximum occupancy for the rate charged. - Accommodation rates are higher during peak season. - Guest agrees to pay for extra occupants via credit card provided in accordance with the schedule below: - Villas, Motels and Park model Cabins during Peak Season - $40 plus tax per person per night for the term of the booked stay - Villas, Motels and Park model Cabins during Off Peak Season - $30 plus tax per person per night for the term of the booked stay - Cabins during Peak Season $30 plus tax per person per night for the term of the booked stay. - Cabins during off-peak are $15 per person per night for the term of the booked stay. - Campsites - $10 per person per night for the term of the booked stay. - Guest authorizes Splash Valley Waterpark and Resort to charge Guest’s credit card in accordance with the circumstances and amounts described above. Pet Policy - No pets are allowed in villas, 1 bedroom suites, Deluxe cabins, Fonthill cabins, Elevation cabin, Exhibition cabin or Clarendon cabin. - Guest agrees that if any pet enters accommodation a charge of $250 plus taxes will be levied and paid by Guest via credit card provided. - Pets must be contained or leashed on your site. - Pets are not permitted in the Waterpark, in the lake, or in any buildings at any time. - Please keep pets quiet to be considerate of other guests. - Unruly pets must be removed from the property upon request. - Owners must clean up after pets and are responsible for their safe and quiet behaviour. - Aggressive dogs not allowed. Site-lock - For guests who pay the site-lock fee, you will get your desired site (unless special circumstances arise). - For guests who do not pay the site-lock fee, we will provide the site or accommodation type you selected, but we cannot guarantee a specific site for you. Smoking Policy - Smoking in any form, including tobacco and cannabis, electronic cigarettes or vaping is not permitted in any accommodation. - If the Guest or anyone in the Guest’s party smokes within the accommodation, a charge of $150 plus tax will be levied, and the Guest agrees to pay that charge via credit card provided. Day Guests - Visiting day guests pay general admission rates upon arrival at the admissions building. - Visitors must leave by 11 pm. - Visitors must park in the main parking lot. Conduct - Guests are expected to behave responsibly with regard to other guests, staff, animals and property. - Firearms, explosives, weapons and fireworks are strictly prohibited. Anywhere. Anytime. - Recreational Drug use is prohibited. Anywhere. Anytime! - Alcoholic beverages are not to be consumed in common areas such as roadways, play areas, beach areas, trails, and public shelters/buildings. - Guests who appear to be intoxicated are subject to immediate removal from the property without refund. - Smoking is prohibited in buildings, Waterpark, beach and eating areas. - Foul language will not be tolerated. - Leave vegetation intact. Do not debark, damage, or remove trees and flowers. - Leave wildlife other than fish in tact. - Please use a catch and release approach when fishing. - Do not poach endangered species, specifically turtles. - Carry current fishing licence. - Guests who refuse to comply with rules will be evicted from the property without refund. Site Rules - Campsite and RV site pricing based on 5 people per site. - Additional fees apply if more than 5 people stay. - On tent sites, a maximum of 2 sleeping tents, 1 dining tent & 1 motorized vehicle are permitted per tent campsite. - Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed in common areas. - Intoxicated guests are subject to removal from the property without refund. - On RV sites, a maximum of 1 RV, 1 dining or sleeping tent and 1 motorized vehicle are permitted per RV site. - All RVs must be factory finished. - No School buses or Conversions Allowed. - Staying in Horse Trailers or Cargo Trailers is not allowed. - Only overnight guests are entitled to a discount at the Water Park. - Guests are expected to behave responsibly regarding language, property, other campers' rights, and park policy. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are 11 pm until 7 am. - Kids under 18 must be on your site by 10 pm. Campfires - Obey fire ban when posted. - Contain campfires within the designated fire pit. - Attend to your fire at all times and extinguish before retiring. - Firewood is available at the Admissions Building. - Outside firewood is not permitted. - Please visit the Canada Food Inspection Agency website at inspection.ca for further information regarding moving firewood and associated penalties. - Campfires must be contained within fireplace areas, attended at all times and extinguished before retiring. Motorized Vehicle Operation - Operate only licensed motor vehicles on roads and in parking areas. - Dirt bikes, ATVs, mopeds, kids’ electric jeeps, etc., are not permitted. - Park speed limit is 9km/hr. - Motorized boats are not permitted on our beautiful spring-fed lake. - Licensed Motor vehicles shall be operated only on roads and parking areas constructed for motor vehicle use. - Employees only are allowed to use golf carts. Prohibited Items and Activities - Do not deface, debark, damage, or remove trees, flowers or other vegetation. - Waterfront-NO littering, NO pets, NO glass, NO gas motor boats on the lake & NO washing clothing or dishes in the lake. Fishing Policy - Current fishing licenses must be available for inspection by those wishing to fish at Splash Valley. - The Ministry of Natural Resources does monitor the lake and will issue fines if you do not have the required documents. Waterpark and Lake - Life jackets must be worn when boating. - Lifejackets are required on watercraft. - We do not permit the following at the waterfront: - Motor boats - Pets - Glass containers - Washing clothing or dishes - Alcoholic beverages Garbage - Place garbage and recycling in the disposal on the main road before exiting the park. - Place plastic bottles and metal cans in the large recycling bins. - $25 will be charged to your credit/debit card for garbage left on your site after your departure. Surveillance - We employ video surveillance in some public areas to detect, deter, and assist in investigating criminal activity. Waterpark Rules & Regulations - Staff must be obeyed at all times. - Wristbands are issued to all paid sliders and must be worn for the duration of the visit. - Failure to comply with the safety regulations, endangering oneself or others, may result in the removal of the band and denial of activities. - Smoking is prohibited inside the fenced waterpark area, including e-cigarettes. - No glass containers are permitted inside the waterslide area. - No alcohol is permitted on the grounds. - Expectant mothers may not ride the waterslides. - Stereos, radios, etc., are not permitted inside the waterpark. - Please remember the family atmosphere promoted at Splash Valley Waterpark when choosing your bathing attire. - Metal fasteners, buckles and zippers are not permitted on the waterslides. - Lifejackets and puddle jumpers are not permitted on the waterslides. - Water wings are permissible. - Jewelry and eyewear are not permitted on the waterslides. - Barbeques are not permitted inside the waterpark. - Food and beverages are prohibited in the pool’s red zone. - Please walk on the cement areas and paved walkways. - Please exit the pool immediately after splashdown. - No swimming, diving or waiting to catch a child. - Approach a lifeguard if First Aid is required. - Mini-golf is not a driving range. - Splash Valley staff does not supervise the wading beach or playgrounds. - These activities may suggest the attendance of a supervising adult. - All guests using the Waterpark Playground or Paddleboats must wear a lifejacket (both adults and children are required to wear a life jacket). Sliding Rules - Life jackets and Puddle Jumpers are not permitted on the water slides (water wings/arm floaties are permitted). - No bunching or chaining of riders permitted (no double riding – parents are not permitted to ride on the slide with their child). - No riders may slide head first or in chains. - Before sliding remove eye glasses and all jewelry (watches, rings, etc.) - Lifeguards indicate the timing to sliders, to avoid collisions and accidents. - No person shall dive, run, stand, kneel, rotate, or stop in the slides. - Hands must be kept inside the slides. - Sliders must exit pool immediately after splashdown. - The kiddie slides have a weight restriction of 60 lbs. - As the name indicates, they are provided for the use of the little ones and are well attended by qualified staff. - Riders under 54” must be able to swim unassisted to use the Giant Slides. - Parents are not permitted to catch their children (water wings are permitted). Splash Valley Floating Water Playground Rules - Only use during the official operating hours in the presence of a lifeguard. - Users must have a Splash pass wristband purchased at the Admissions building. - A maximum of 175 occupants at one time. - Do not use in darkness or when there is lightning. - Do not jump from high products onto other objects or people. - Use the products responsibly to ensure you do not injure yourself or others. - No running, pushing, or rough play. - Persons with diarrheal illness, nausea, skin, eye, or ear infections, open lesions or respiratory infections may not enter. - Animals or pets are not permitted. - Foul language and profanities will not be tolerated. - Children under 5 are not permitted. - Children between the ages of 5 and 12 must be accompanied and within arm's reach of a parent or guardian. - It is recommended that users are between 122cm-213 cm (48″-83″) tall. - Users must weigh less than 300 Ibs (136 kg). - Always wear a properly fitted and approved Splash Valley life jacket. - Competent swimmers only. - No diving or sliding headfirst. - Do not swim underneath the products. - No access after consuming drugs or alcohol. - Smoking is prohibited. - For safety reasons, do not access if you are pregnant. - Remove watches, jewelry, keys, or other sharp objects. - No access to any type of food or drink. - Do not bring any personal belongings onto the floating water playground. - Splash Valley is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. - Resort staff may expel those who do not comply with the above regulations.

Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy - Payment due in full upon booking. - Deposit refunded less $25 handling fee if cancelled 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date. - No refund if cancellation is within 21 days of scheduled arrival. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
