Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement.
General Rules & Policies
- Campers and visitors must obey speed limit signs.
- All drivers must have a valid driver's license.
- No off-road vehicles are allowed, except electric golf carts or mobility scooters.
- Campers must assume full responsibility and supervision of their child/children/grandchildren on ABL property (especially dock and waterfront areas).
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at the waterfront.
- Accommodating Bay Ltd. is NOT responsible for the supervision of children anywhere in the campground or in other parts of the property.
- Vandals at Accommodating Bay will be prosecuted.
- Personal misconduct can result in a family being removed from the campground.
- Please recycle when possible using the recycling bins provided.
- All other garbage must be in a sealed bag and placed in the garbage containers beside the store.
- All campers are responsible for their pets.
- Pets must be leashed and under control.
- A maximum of two pets are allowed per Campsite.
- Everyone walking a pet must be in control of the animal.
- Pet owners must pick up all pet droppings.
- Quiet hours must be respected from 11:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. (quiet is defined as no noise that travels further than your own campsite).
- Fires are permitted in designated areas only and must be contained within the designated fire pit.
- Flame cannot exceed 3 feet in height.
- Fire bans must be complied with when they occur.
Cancellation Policy
Campground Cancellation Policy
- As excited as we are for you to join us, we do understand that cancellations do sometimes occur.
- If you do need to cancel your reservation, please be aware of the following policies.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date will receive NO refund.
- Cancellations made 3-6 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.

- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
