- On-site staff have sole authority to enforce these guidelines and resolve disputes.
- Guests who fail to comply may be required to leave the resort.

- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Guests
- All guests and visitors must register upon arrival with the length of stay and the number of people in the party.
Alcohol Policy
- Western Reserve is family-oriented.
- Please drink responsibly and keep alcohol in a cup or insulated holder.
- Open display is not permitted, and alcohol is not allowed in the swim pond or at certain events.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking, e-cigarettes, and vaping are prohibited in all resort buildings, structures, and swimming areas.
Property & Environmental Protection
- Do not cut trees, alter landscaping, or damage resort property.
- Guests are responsible for any damage they cause.
Safety & Compliance
- Please follow all posted signs and instructions from resort staff.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are 11:00 pm – 8:00 am.
- Keep voices and music low and avoid disruptive behavior.
Campfires
- Campfires must be in designated rings only, never left unattended, and fully extinguished before bed.
- Outside firewood is not permitted.
Speed Limit
- All motorized and non-motorized vehicles (including cars, trucks, golf carts, bikes, scooters, and e-bikes) must be operated responsibly and obey the resort-wide 5 MPH speed limit.
Prohibited
- Fireworks, explosives, hunting, metal detectors, and illegal weapons are not allowed.
- Legal firearms must remain secured inside your RV or vehicle.
Children Policy
- Children under 18 cannot be left at the resort without a parent or guardian.
- Children 17 and under must be at their campsite by 11:00 pm unless accompanied by an adult.
Bikes and Scooters
- Bikes and scooters are welcome but not on sidewalks, walkways, or recreation areas.
- Lights are required after dark.
Property Use
- Do not move picnic tables, fire rings, or furniture from their designated locations.
Clotheslines
- No clotheslines tied to trees or campers.
- Portable racks are allowed.
Dump Stations
- Dump gray and black water only at designated dump stations.
- Sewer collars are required.
Conserve Water
- Please conserve water.
- Check with the office before washing vehicles.
Solicitation & Posting Policies
- No soliciting, selling, or posting of signs without management approval.
Own Risk
- Guests use the resort at their own risk.
- Please report unsafe conditions to management.
Sex Offenders
- Registered sex offenders are not permitted on the property.
Drones
- Drones require management approval and must follow FAA rules.
Political
- Political advertising is not permitted.
Pet Guidelines
- Pets must always be on a leash (maximum 6 feet) and under your control.
- Wireless or leash-less systems are not permitted.
- Pets may not be tethered to golf carts, bikes, or vehicles.
- Pets may not be left unattended at any time.
- Pets are not permitted in resort buildings or swimming areas.
- Service animals are always welcome but must remain under control and treated as working service animals at all times.
- Aggressive or excessively noisy pets are not allowed.
- Owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
- Portable pet fences are permitted but must not exceed 200 sq ft.
- Only dogs and cats are permitted unless otherwise approved by management.
Golf Cart Guidelines
- Proof of $100,000 liability insurance is required before use.
- Once insurance is on file and the golf cart fee is paid, a pass will be issued and must be displayed on the golf cart at all times.
- Drivers must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid driver’s license (learner’s permits are not accepted).
- Golf carts may not be used between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am, except for staff carts on resort business.
- Headlights are required after dark.
- Carts must remain on resort roads, observe the 5 MPH speed limit, and yield to pedestrians and vehicles.
- Alcohol use while driving, or open displays of alcohol by passengers, will result in loss of golf cart privileges and/or removal from the resort.
- Management reserves the right to restrict or revoke the use of any golf cart that is unsafe, excessively noisy, or significantly modified.
Swim Lake
- Open Memorial Day through Labor Day, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.
- Swim at your own risk (no lifeguard on duty).
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Fishing Lakes
- Open daily from dawn to dusk.
- Guests fishing alone must wear a life jacket, and life jackets are required for everyone if fishing after dark.
Dog Park
- Open daily from 9:00 am – dusk.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Recreation Areas
- The golf cart trail, RC track, playground, basketball court, volleyball court, and bocce ball are open daily from 9:00 am – dusk.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible.
- Please review our cancellation policy below.
- Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a refund of your deposit paid, minus a $10.00 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 7 days or less before your scheduled arrival will not be eligible for any refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made during holidays or special events.
- No exceptions.
- For any cancellations or changes to your reservation, please reach out to us.
- We appreciate your understanding of our policy, as it allows us to manage our reservations effectively and provide the best service to all our guests.

Refund Policy

- Please note that our policy regarding refunds and credits is as follows.
- No Refunds.
- Once a reservation is confirmed, there are no refunds for early departures or weather conditions.
- If you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
- We appreciate your understanding of our policy, as it allows us to maintain consistency and fairness for all our guests.
