Glen-Hudson Campsite

Campground use is recreational only and does not establish residency. Guests use the campground, amenities, and outdoor recreation areas at their own risk and must follow posted rules and staff instructions. Respect neighboring campers and campground property; abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful conduct is prohibited. Speed limit is 5 MPH. Children must be supervised; children under 16 must wear bicycle helmets. One family and one camping unit per site; base rate includes 4 occupants, with up to 6 total for an additional fee. RVs must remain on wheels, be registered, and carry insurance. All visitors must register, park in designated areas, and follow park rules; maximum 4 visitors and no visitor pets. Pets must be leashed on a maximum 8-foot leash, current on vaccinations, attended at all times, and cleaned up after. Check-in is 1:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM; early arrival or late departure may incur a $25 fee. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Fires must be in designated fire rings, no higher than 2 feet, attended at all times, and extinguished by midnight. No outside or out-of-state firewood. Keep sites clean and uncluttered; place trash in dumpsters, break down cardboard, and do not place carpets on grass. Fireworks, firearms, illegal activities, ATVs, mopeds, political/religious signs or banners, for-sale signs, and outside firewood are prohibited. Motorcycles may idle only when entering or exiting. Swimming is allowed only in designated areas and at the guest’s own risk. Fishing requires a license and is catch-and-release only. Golf carts are permitted for seasonal campers only and require registration and insurance. Site assignments may be changed by management. Starlink is permitted provided wires do not cross roads. Wi-Fi is a convenience and is not guaranteed. The campground may refuse service or remove guests for rule violations without refund. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed. Extended stays of 29+ days require a signed Revocable Camping License and Permit Agreement. Rules may be updated at any time and may be communicated by website, email, signage, or staff.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. For stays of 28 days or less, a $35 cancellation fee applies. Cancellations 14 or more days before arrival receive a full refund less the $35 fee. Cancellations 4–13 days before arrival receive a 50% refund less the $35 fee. Cancellations 3 days or less before arrival receive no refund. Same-day reservations are non-refundable. Changing reservation dates may incur a 25% rebooking fee and makes the reservation non-refundable. For extended stays of 29 days or more, all payments and deposits are non-refundable unless expressly designated as a refundable security deposit in the Revocable Camping License and Permit Agreement. No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments are issued for early departures or removal by management. Exceptions require written authorization from Happy Grounds Management or the campground general manager. Firewood and propane sales are final and non-refundable.
