The setting is Western North Carolina at the southern end of the Blue Ridge, in Cherokee County between Marble and Murphy. Harrah's Valley River Resort is minutes away for casino gaming, live entertainment, and dining, and downtown Murphy adds independent restaurants and shops. That combination is the draw here: a quiet mountain base with somewhere to go in the evening. Outside the park, the Valley River and Hiwassee Lake are close for fishing, kayaking, and boating, and the Nantahala National Forest puts hiking trails within a short drive. The elevation keeps summers manageable and the autumn colour arrives properly. Sites accommodate rigs up to 45 feet. Pets are welcome.

Resort amenities—including the pool, bathhouse, and laundry facility—are for registered guests only. Any guest unwilling to follow resort rules or extend common courtesy will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Water pressure regulators are highly recommended and are available for purchase at the park store. TRASH: Bagged trash is picked up at each site twice daily, at 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM only. Place trash at the front of the site nearest the road, and do not put trash outside during other times. PETS: A maximum of three non-aggressive pets are permitted per site. Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet whenever outside the RV and may not be left outside unattended. Nuisance or noisy animals are not permitted. Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse or bathhouse/pool building. Owners must clean up after their pets. Pet pens and corrals are not permitted. SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit is 5 mph and is strictly enforced for guest safety. No refunds are given for early departures or acts of nature.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
