Twenty-three sites carry full hookups on 20, 30, and 50-amp in Bronze, Silver, and Gold back-in tiers and pull-through configurations, sized to 75 feet, with fire pits and picnic tables. The big-rig-friendly layout is worth noting in mountain terrain where long coaches often struggle. Laundry, restrooms, showers, firewood, and WiFi handle the practical side. Guests renting an RV site must be 18 or older, and pet bedding and comforters may not be washed in the park's machines — staff can direct you to the local laundromat for bulky items. On-site recreation is social rather than elaborate. A pavilion and sports courts host volleyball, horseshoes, and corn hole, and live music and entertainment run through the season. Pets are welcome. Franklin is the Gem Capital of the World, and the Cowee Valley's ruby and sapphire veins still support a working gem tourism economy of shops, lapidary studios, and fee-mining operations dating to the 1890s. Great Smoky Mountains National Park's Newfound Gap Road entrance at Cherokee is 45 miles north, the Nantahala River's whitewater gorge 20 miles west, and the Highlands-Cashiers waterfall country 18 miles east. The campground serves the western North Carolina mountain season. Summer and October foliage drive peak demand — reserve ahead for both, particularly fall color weekends.

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in: 12:00 pm - Check-out: 11:00 am. - All rates include 2 adults and 2 children, all additional people are $4.00/day. - Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Camping courtesy is in effect 24 hours a day. - Please no loud music, profanity, or abusive language. Speed Limit - The speed limit for our park is 5 MPH. Alcohol/Drug Policy - Alcoholic beverages are restricted to campsites only. - Illegal drug use is not allowed anywhere on the campground premises. Campfires - Campfires are permitted in grills or fire rings only. Children - All children (under age 16 years) are expected to be at their campsites under adult supervision during quiet hours. - Children under the age of ten (10) years must be accompanied at all times by an adult. - Parents are 100% responsible for the actions and safety of their children. Safety Policy - Be Safe! Observe all signs for construction areas and do not enter the workshop area. Smoking Policy - No smoking in any of the buildings. Parking Policy - Parking on the campsite is limited to one camping unit and one vehicle per site. Pet Policy - All dogs are required to be under the control of their owner at all times. - A 6-foot leash rule is in effect whenever the animal is outside the owner's RV. - If the leash rule is violated, you may be asked to leave the property with no refund. - For the safety of our guests, aggressive dogs are not permitted. - Owners of pets must be responsible and immediately pick up after their pet and deposit waste in pet waste bins located in and around the RV Park. - Pets may not interfere with the peace and quiet of other guests. - If your dog is disturbing other guests, you will be asked to control your dog. - You may also be asked to leave the park. - There will be no refunds if you are asked to leave. - No pets are allowed inside the restrooms, laundry room, or pavilion area. - Pet bedding is not to be washed in our washing machines. - Please visit the local coin laundry to wash bulky items.

Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy If the guest cancels at least 14 days before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience fees and a $25 park cancellation fee). If the guest cancels within the 14 days k before check-in, there will be no refund.
