Fifty-four sites run in back-in and pull-through categories, both carrying water, sewer, and electric on 30 and 50-amp with site WiFi, sized to 45 feet, with fire pits and picnic tables. Two straightforward categories keep booking simple. Eight cabins and condos round out the lodging. A general store, laundry, restrooms, showers, propane exchange, and RV storage handle the practical side.
A recreation center, pavilion, walking trails, lake, and pond fill the grounds, with fishing, hiking, biking, and planned activities through the season. The birding at this elevation is genuinely rewarding. Pets are welcome.
Eight thousand seven hundred fifty feet puts guests inside one of the most dramatic mountain landscapes in the Southwest — cool nights in July, aspens turning gold in late September, and the Red River running through the property. Red River itself is a small alpine town built around skiing and outdoor recreation, and the ranch sits a mile from the center, close enough to walk in for dinner via the daily shuttle. Wheeler Peak, Taos, and the Enchanted Circle scenic loop are all close.
Summer and fall color drive the heaviest demand, with ski season filling the town from December through March. Reserve well ahead for July through early October and for holiday ski weeks.

Essentially it was a gravel parking lot with electric and water hook-ups available. Each of the two bathrooms were clean and had a private shower. The RV Park was fairly close to town and Red River offered a free shuttle service to and from the campground. Nice!

The Big Simple Rules
-We reserve the right to deny access to our park if the ranch rules are not followed or if you are not courteous. If the rules are not followed after a warning you will be asked to leave and not invited back.
-The speed limit is 5 mph. Kids are playing!
-Pets are welcome. Do not leave them unattended, so they will not bark. Pets must be on a leash at all times outside of RV, cabins, apartments, or 4K View. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
-One RV per site. Overflow parking for extra vehicles is available. First-come-first-served until the lot is full.
-No tent camping allowed in any area of the campground. No tents on the ground of any kind. Not even attached to a camper. No sleeping in any vehicle that has not been converted for camping.
-Two fish limit per guest, per day, catch and keep only. Do not release any fish. Always clean fish at your site and dispose of guts in the locking dumpsters, NOT in the pond.
-Office hours vary according to season. Our summer season office hours are every day from 9 am to 6 pm. Our winter season office hours are every day from 9 am to 5 pm.
-Our white towels are only for indoor bathroom use: your credit card on file will be charged in the event of undue soiling or stains.
-Fire rings are for wood ONLY! A $20 cleaning fee will be charged if trash is left in them. Fires are allowed in fire rings only and must be extinguished every time you leave your site. No moving the fire rings. No fires on the day of departure.
-Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Check-out is 10:00 am for apartments, cabins, and the View. No late check-outs for any structures. Check-out for RVs is 11:00am. If you need to check out later than 10:00 am, notify the office no later than 9:00 am of your departure day. (dependent upon site/structure availability and housekeeping). Relax and enjoy.

-Walking through others RV sites is NOT permitted. Please be a courteous walk around!
-While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Cancellation Policy
Park Cancellation Policy:
If the guest cancels at least 30 days before your check-in day and time, they will receive a 75% refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 30 days before check-in, there will be no refund.
