Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Campsite check-in: 1:00 PM - Cabins check-in: 3:00 PM - Check-Out: 11:00 AM - Please leave cabins as you found them - a $100 fee will be added to your reservation for any damages. - Early check-in/late check-out can be requested & accommodated if available for a $20 charge. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Key Cards/Gate Entrance - Each campsite will receive a key card to enter into the park. - There will be a $50 charge due to lost key cards - so please make sure to turn this in upon check out. Pets - We are a pet-friendly campground. - As a courtesy to others, please make sure that all pets are on a leash and that you clean up after your pet when needed. - Beach 2 is our dog friendly beach that may be used. - Please make sure that pets are listed on your reservation & provide a proof of rabies vaccination - Pet fees are $10 per pet, per night. - Pet owners will be held responsibly for their pets, and management has the right to deny any dog/pet in the park due to aggression, excessive barking or other disturbances. Cars/Parking - Due to limited parking, there is a limit to 2 cars per site and each vehicle must show a valid parking pass. - Additionally the following are not permitted on the premises: ATV’s, dirt bikes. Speed Limit - Speed Limit is 5MPH throughout the campgrounds. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 pm-7:00am. - Please be courteous to other guests by adhering to quiet hours. - That includes loud music, dogs, and all general noise. - Additionally all children 17 & under need to be on their sites by 10pm. Visitors - All visitors must check in at the office and pay for a visitor pass. - Any guest that is not listed on the reservation or has not paid a visitor fee may be asked to leave. - Guest fees are: Adults : $15 per day, $25 per night ; Child 5+: $10 per day, $15 per night. Weather - Eastern Slope Campground is not responsible for the weather and there will be no refunds due to any inclement weather including rain or flooding. - Campspot provides you the ability to purchase weather insurance upon check out. Firepits - Per Conway Fire Department - all fires must be put out by 11:30 PM. - Additionally please only burn wood - no trash in firepits. Trash/Waste - Please make sure that all trash makes its way into the proper trash cans. - Dumpsters are located at the exit and are for regular household trash only! - There will be a $25 fee if you are caught dumping appliances, furniture or any other item not accepted by the trash company. Trash - A dump station for gray/black tanks is available free of charge - if you would like to use our honeywagon service there is a $30 charge. - Please let the office know at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to use this service.

Cancellation Policy All Reservations - Cancellation After Arrival – No Refund RV/Tent/Transient Sites - Cancellation – (0-14 Days from reservation start date) – No Refund. - Cancellation – (15-30 Days from reservation start date) - Full Refund, minus a 25% cancellation fee on reservation total. - Cancellation – (31+ Days from reservation start date) - Full Refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee on reservation total. Cabins/Lodging Rentals - Cancellation – (0-30 Days from reservation start date) – No Refund. - Cancellation – (31+ Days from reservation start date) - Full Refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee on reservation total. Holiday Weekends - No refunds on reservations canceled during a holiday weekend. 2025 Holidays - Memorial Day Weekend - (05/23/2025 - 05/26/2025) - 4th of July Week - (06/30/2025 - 07/06/2025) - Labor Day Weekend - (08/29/2025 - 09/01/2025) - Columbus Day Weekend - (10/10/2025 - 10/13/2025) - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
