Cancellation Policy All Reservations - Cancellation After Arrival – No Refund. RV/Tent/Transient Sites - Cancellation – (0-14 Days from reservation start date) – No Refund. - Cancellation – (15-30 Days from reservation start date) - Full Refund, minus a 25% cancellation fee on reservation total. - Cancellation – (31+ Days from reservation start date) - Full Refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee on reservation total. Cabins/Lodging Rentals - Cancellation – (0-30 Days from reservation start date) – No Refund. - Cancellation – (31+ Days from reservation start date) - Full Refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee on reservation total. Holiday Weekends - No refunds on reservations canceled during a holiday weekend. 2025 Holidays - Memorial Day Weekend - (05/23/2025 - 05/26/2025) - 4th of July Week - (06/30/2025 - 07/06/2025) - Labor Day Weekend - (08/29/2025 - 09/01/2025) - Columbus Day Weekend - (10/10/2025 - 10/13/2025) - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
