Registration and Arrival
- Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time is 2 PM.
- Check out time is Noon.
- All campers are required to register upon arrival and display the tag on their vehicle.
- Arriving before 2 PM or departing after noon constitutes a minimum 1/2 nightly fee.
- All visitors are required to register upon arrival and pay the proper fee.
- Day visitors must be out by 10 PM or register as overnight guests.
- All visitors and guests will park their cars in the specified parking area.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Campsites
- Only one trailer and 1 tent or 2 tents and 1 vehicle per campsite, with a maximum of 4 adults per site unless otherwise approved by management.
- No boats or vehicles are to be parked on the grass or roadways.
- Please keep the site in a neat and sanitary condition.
- Above all, respect other people’s privacy; do not walk through other campsites.
Waste Water
- Discharge into authorized receptacles only, never on the ground.
- Sewer donuts are required on all units.
- Do not cut sewer pipes.
Quiet Time & Conduct
- Quiet hours must be observed between 11 PM and 8 AM.
- Obnoxious noise and behavior will not be tolerated AT ANY TIME.
- This can be many things to many people; to some it is the blare of a radio, to others a barking dog, and to many people, just plain loud conversation or vulgar language.
- All these things can be annoying to other people.
- Therefore, we ask everyone to remember your camping neighbor who may be trying to get some much-needed rest and relaxation in the next site.
Playground & Bicycle
- Playground use and Bicycle riding hours are from 8 AM until 9 PM or Dusk.
Pool Rules
- Complete Pool Rules are posted at the pool and must be observed.
- No Lifeguard is on duty; swim at your own risk.
- No child under the age of 14 can swim without being accompanied by an adult (18 years or older).
- No glass containers.
Campers Responsibilities
- Campers are responsible for the actions and conduct of their children and their guests.
- Children under 10 are to be supervised at all times throughout the campground.
- Please take normal precautions against loss of personal property; we do not assume responsibility.
- Any acts of vandalism or destruction will result in immediate expulsion with NO REFUND
Restrooms, Showers & Laundering
- Please help keep these facilities clean.
- An adult must accompany children under 10 years old to showers and restrooms.
- Laundering and dish washing are prohibited in the bathroom sinks; please use the sink provided in the Laundry Room.
- Washing of vehicles is not allowed.
Speed Limit
- Speed limit is 5 MPH day and night.
- No go-karts, ATVs, mini-bikes, or trail bikes allowed in campground.
- Only Electric Golf Carts are allowed.
- Any driver must have a valid driver’s license to drive in the park.
Pet Policy (Maximum 2 & Non-Aggressive)
- Must be leashed at all times, kept quiet, and not left unattended outside.
- They are not allowed in swimming pools, playgrounds, and bathroom areas.
- Walking Leash must not be longer than 6 (six) feet.
- Please, scoop the poop at all times!
Garbage Rules
- Deposit into trash bin (NOT fire rings), see map for location.
- DO NOT throw cigarette butts on the ground
Cooking Fires
- Fires are to be OUT from 11 PM to 8 AM and are to be kept safe and at a reasonable size (no higher than 1 foot or shin high).
- Fires must be contained in the fire ring; NO logs or sticks may extend above or outside of the fire ring.
- Please do not move fire rings, burn trash, or use them as trash receptacles.
- Fires should never be left unattended and extinguished with water before retiring!
Clothes Line
- The clothesline is to be put away when not in use or when clothes are dry.
- They are to be placed at the rear of the campsite.
Trees Restrictions
- Disfiguring of trees and picnic tables is prohibited.
- Standing timber, dead or alive, is to be left alone
Curfew Hours
- All Children under 18 years old must be back at their sites by 10 PM unless accompanied by an adult.
Termination of Camping
- Will result from violation of any campground rules or objectionable conduct, with NO REFUND, and is at the discretion of management.
Photography
- From time to time, we may take photographs and/or video to be used on our social media platforms.
- If you need to opt out of potential media, please contact the office.
Banners and Flags
- Out of respect to all people and all beliefs, we do not allow promotional and/or political signage other than National or County Flags.
RV and Campsite Lights
- After 10 pm, we do not allow bright campsite lights, including LED lights, that disrupt your neighbors' camping experience.
Cancellation Policy
Campground Cancellation Policy
- We understand that “life” happens and will do our best to work with you to re-book your stay.
- Please take time to read below and make sure you understand our cancellation policy.
- All cancellations with cash refunds outside of 21 days will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
21 days or less
- You will be charged 1 night's stay, with the remaining balance to camp credit.
- No cash refunds.
14 days or less
- Your deposit is forfeited (50% of your stay).
- No cash refunds.
2 days or less
- 100% of your stay is forfeited.
- If you shorten your stay or are asked to leave the campground, there are no refunds.
- Credit Card Refunds may have a 3% fee assessed.
- No Refunds for Holidays or Special Events.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
- Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1.
- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
