Full-hookup, electric-only, and dry back-in categories join deluxe and pull-through tiers, with a game room, sports courts, and boutique shop. Fifty-two sites span back-in full hookup, back-in 30/50-amp electric only, deluxe back-in full hookup, dry site back-in, and pull-through full hookup categories, carrying water, sewer, and electric where noted with site WiFi, sized to 100 feet, with picnic tables. Read the category carefully — the electric-only and dry tiers carry no water or sewer at the site, and they price accordingly. Accessible sites are available, and 100 feet handles the longest coaches. Fifteen tent sites, cabins, camper rentals, and trailer rentals round out the lodging. A general store, boutique shop, laundry, dump station, restrooms, showers, and recycling handle the practical side. A game room, sports courts, tennis, billiards, walking trails, a playground, and picnicking fill the grounds, with a river nearby, wine and beer tasting, and planned activities through the season. Hardin is the seat of Big Horn County and the gateway to the Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument. The campground is third-generation family run. Check-In Procedure Camping - Check-in time: 11am Rentals - Check-in time: 3pm - Check-out time: 11am - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pets - All Campers should be traveling with their proof of rabies shots and pet records. Smoking - Under the Montana Clean Indoor Air Act, smoking of any kind, including the use of marijuana, inside public buildings is strictly prohibited. Water Usage - While we understand the washing of windshields is a must due to the installation of a new water meter, we must charge for the washing of camping units. - A fee of $30.00 will be added to your nightly stay unless paid directly to the office, and a receipt given

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations or changes of reservations must be made forty-eight (48) hours in advance of scheduled arrival from Midnight to midnight. - Cancellations (stays less than 7 nights), excluding Special Event Cancellations, will result in a Cancellation Fee of $20.00, including a booking Fee. Cancellations for Stays of 7 Nights or Greater - Cancel 15 days or more before arrival: Full refund minus 1 night's stay - Cancel 14 days or less before arrival: No Refunds - If you have given us your Visa or MasterCard number to reserve your space over the telephone, and choose this as your method of payment, your card will be processed when you check in, not beforehand. - If you do not arrive on your scheduled date and do not notify us in advance, your credit card will be charged for one (1) day’s rent and your reservation will be canceled. - During special events, a deposit of $30.00 is required to secure your reservation. - Cancellations during special events have a forty-eight (48) hour cancellation policy. - Any long-term reservation (staying 30 days or longer) requires a $350 down payment on their site. - Cancellations under 2 weeks are 100% paid and will be charged. - Custer's Last Stand Reenactment in June and on any holiday. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
