Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is 1:00 P.M. - Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. - Check-in time: 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm (Winter – after labor day weekend and before memorial day weekend). - Check-in time: 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm (Summer – memorial day weekend thru labor day weekend). - Again, please note that check-in is available only from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm or dusk (whichever is earlier) during the winter season and 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm during the summer season. - Since we are known for our peace and quiet, we ask you to plan your day so you can arrive prior to 6:00 pm or dusk during winter (whichever is earlier) and 8:00 pm during summer. - We like to familiarize you with our park personally, so it’s very important that you arrive during our office hours. - After that time, out of respect for our other guests, we will not be able to check you into your site until the next day. - You will be charged for the night, as we have held the site open. - All guests & visitors must register at the office before proceeding to site. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Time - Quiet time: 10 P.M. - 7 A.M. - Please be considerate of others. - No loud music at any time. Speed Limit - Maximum speed limit is 5 mph. - Watch closely for children playing in the park. Children - We want the children to be safe & have a good time, but always under the watchful eyes of a parent/guardian. - We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. - You are liable for their behavior. - Children are not allowed to loiter in or outside the restrooms, office, or laundry room. They are not allowed to climb the trees. Laundry Room - Hours of operation are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. - No heavy blankets, greasy clothes, dog blankets, or rugs. Pets - Please maintain control of your pets. - Pets must be on leash and owners must clean up after their pets. - Do not leave pets unattended outside when you are absent. - Absolutely no pets other than service animals are allowed in the office, laundry, or restrooms. - The same rules apply to cats and dogs. - No aggressive breed dogs are allowed in the park. Trash - The dumpster located in the park is for personal trash only. - All garbage must be bagged & tied, boxes broken down. - Do not leave trash outside your RV. - Cleanliness of the park is important to us. Appearance - Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management. - Washing vehicles and repair work in the park is prohibited. - RVs and vehicles must be clean and properly maintained. - No tarps, no visible damage, and no clutter. Internet - Wireless Internet is a free service for our guests. - It is limited. - Fairmont RV Resort is not responsible for the operations of this service. Fireworks - No fireworks allowed. Fires - No wood fires of any type allowed, no exceptions. - This is for your safety, the safety of our guests, and the preservation of the pasture and wooded areas adjacent to our park. Parking - Maximum of 1 RV and 1 passenger vehicle per RV space if your space is large enough. - Please park parallel to your RV and out of the main drives. Conduct - Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive, or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. - They will be a reason for immediate eviction without refund. Drugs - Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the property of Fairmont RV Resort. - Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without a refund. - Persons knowing of any illegal activity are encouraged to notify the management immediately. - Any information reported will be strictly confidential. Liability - All park facilities in the park are intended for the convenience of the guests. - Any and all persons using the facilities do so at their own risk and consent. - The park management is not responsible for accident due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstances. - The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their site for any/all damage to the park. Management Rights and Policies - Fairmont RV resort is a privately owned and managed park. - Management reserves the right to evict or refuse service to any person or persons who break or disregard any rules without refund. - Management reserves the right to refuse anyone. - Management reserves the right to make changes to the rules, regulations, and fees at any time. Security Notice - For everyone’s safety, this property is under 24-hour video surveillance.
