Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - All campers must check in with the camp office or at the main office prior to parking. No exceptions. - All campers will be issued a camping permit that must be displayed in the vehicle at all times. - All camping permits must be returned to the camp office upon departure. Checkout Policy - Checkout time is Sunday at 11:00 AM. - If the event is on Sunday, checkout time will be Monday at 11:00 AM. Camping Fees and Occupancy - The camping fee is for one camping unit per spot. - Camping fees start the day the unit is placed on Lucas Oil Speedway property. Quiet Hours and Noise Policy - Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM. - Excessively loud generators are subject to quiet hours. - Loud music and/or excessive partying are not permitted outside designated quiet hours and will result in loss of camping privileges with no refund. - Music and all other noise-producing devices must be kept at a low level. Please be mindful of others while enjoying campfires and time at your campsite. Curfew Policy - Curfew hours are from 2:00 AM to 6:30 AM. - No golf carts or ATVs are permitted during curfew hours. Golf Cart and ATV Policy - All golf carts and ATVs on Lucas Oil Speedway property must prominently display an official yearly Lucas Oil Speedway golf cart/ATV permit on the right front, passenger side, of the unit at all times. - Golf carts and ATVs must abide by curfew hours. - Golf carts and ATVs are restricted to designated roads and paths within the campground area and the parking lots of Lucas Oil Speedway. - Violation of restricted areas will result in loss of privileges. Vehicle and Safety Policy - The maximum speed limit is 7 MPH for all vehicles, golf carts, and ATVs. - Drones and fireworks are prohibited. Users are subject to all applicable federal and state laws. - During severe weather or high winds, immediately seek shelter in the campground restroom/shower house building. Pet Policy - All pets must be leashed and under your control at all times. - Please clean up after your pets. - Pets are not allowed in the grandstands. Trash and Site Cleanliness - Place all trash in bags and dispose of it in the trash barrels or dumpsters in the area. - The campsite must be cleaned upon departure, and all trash must be bagged. - Failure to comply will result in loss of future privileges. Fire Policy - Campfires must be extinguished upon departure. - Failure to comply will result in loss of future privileges. Bathroom Rules - Shower and bathroom facilities are available to all campers. - Please help keep the facilities clean and toilets clear. - Do not put paper towels or other debris in the toilets. Pump-Out and Fresh Water Service - Pump-out service will be available at select events for a nominal fee through BWI Sanitation. - Absolutely no dumping on the ground of any kind. - Call BWI Sanitation at (417) 493-0395 or text 1-877-294-1000. - Fresh water will be available at select events for a nominal fee through BWI Sanitation.
