Area71 RV Park is conveniently located at Table Rock Lake in Shell Knob, MO. One mile to Campbell Point Marina, 1/2 mile to Big Bay Recreation Area and 30 minutes to Dogwood Canyon, Roaring River State Park and 60 minutes to Silver Dollar City and all of Branson's attractions. The park features views of Table Rock Lake, a C-store, bar & Grill, playground, hiking trails, kayak and water sports equipment rentals. All sites are 30'x60' or larger and have full water, sewer and electric hookups.

Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Pet Policy
- We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after immediately {Feces must be bagged) and may not disturb other guests.
- Pets may not be unattended on or off leash on the property.
- Pets are the responsibility of the owner.
- Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds.
- No Pitbull's or rottweilers.
- Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pets.
RV Sites
- 1 pet maximum included in rate.
Lodging Pet Friendly Rental Sites
- 1 pet maximum with a $100 deposit.
Long Term RV Reservations
- Require 2010 or newer RV.
- Exceptions will be considered based on the condition of older units.
- Rate includes electric not to exceed 1000 kWh in a 30 day period.
- 30 day use exceeding 1000 kWh will be billed at $0.12/ kWh

- Decks, fences, storage buildings and other structures require express permission of Area71 GM or owner.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- As excited as we are for you to join us, we do understand that cancellations do sometimes occur.
- If you do need to cancel your reservation, please be aware of the following policies.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival date will be subject to the cancellation fee equal to a one nights stay.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee.
Cancellation Modification
- In general, if you cancel a reservation, the amount refunded to you is determined by the campsite's cancellation policy that applies to your reservation.
- Any additional service fee charged to you by the campsite may be refunded pursuant to the cancellation policy presented in the applicable listing.
- Both you and each campsite are responsible for any modifications made to your reservation, and you agree to pay any applicable fees related to such reservation modification.
If You Are Charged A Booking Fee Upon Checkout
- The booking fee is fully refundable if you cancel your campsite reservation within 24 hours of booking.
- After 24 hours, the booking fee is refundable only if your campsite reservation is also fully refundable at the time of cancellation.
- Please note that the booking fee is not partially refundable.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are prohibited for voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions.
- Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid or a reservation credit can be issued towards a future stay to be used within one year from the date the reservation credit was issued.
- All refunds processed via credit/debit card, will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.
- Credit Card refunds will be assessed a processing fee equal to the fee we are charged from the Credit card, typically 2.9%
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.

- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
