Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Pet Policy - We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after, and may not disturb other guests. - Pets are the responsibility of the owner. - Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. Campground Disclaimer - Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control. - Alexandria Shooting Park or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing, howsoever caused. - The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper, or group of campers for any cause.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - Cancelling your reservation on the day of or 7 days in advance of your stay will result in no refund. - Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days in advance of your stay, you will be refunded half of your total stay. - Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee. - Special Events such as weddings, group outings, tournaments, etc please contact the park office. Refund Policy - There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct. - Special Events such as weddings, group outings, tournaments, etc, please contact the park office. - Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please email Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation at [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
