Holiday RV Park & Campground

Registration and Arrival - Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and guests must register at the office before setting up. - Check-out is at 11:00 AM, and late checkout is not available. - Car passes must be visible through the front windshield. - While the park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours and Conduct - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Disorderly conduct, offensive activities, and nuisances are not permitted at any time. - Violators will be asked to leave without a refund. Beach Rules - Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty. - Children must be supervised by an adult. - Animals are not allowed on the beach. Park Roadways - The speed limit is 10 MPH throughout the park. Please watch for pedestrians and bicycles. - Motorcycles, minibikes, and mopeds may not be driven in the park. - Motorcycles, minibikes, and mopeds may be parked near the office, and guests must enter and leave through the main entrance. - Whenever possible, please exit through the rear gate onto Curtis Road to help avoid traffic incidents. Golf Cart Policy - Golf carts must be operated by a licensed driver with proof of insurance. - The owner accepts full responsibility and liability for golf cart use. Fire Policy - Fires are permitted only in designated fire rings. - Fires must be completely extinguished before leaving the site or retiring for the evening. Campsite Rules - Respect your neighbors’ privacy and use the roadways and stairways to access the beach and restrooms. - Each site is limited to one camping unit and two vehicles, including cars, boats, and golf carts. - Boats and other vehicles may not be parked on grass or in common areas. Additional vehicles may be assessed a storage fee. - Overflow parking is available near the office and beside the West Circle bathhouse. - Boat trailers may be parked near the maintenance garage or in the storage facility during your stay. - One tent may be set up on the site in addition to an RV. - Personal items, including bicycles and lawn chairs, must be stored under or near the camping unit. - Sites and camping units must be kept neat and uncluttered. - Clotheslines may be used at the site only for drying towels and swimwear. - Rates are based on four adults and are subject to change without notice. - No refunds are provided for early departures. Restroom Rules - Do not wash clothing, dishes, or utensils in the restrooms. - Turn off water and lights when finished. Prohibited Items and Activities - Fireworks, slingshots, BB guns, and all firearms are prohibited. - Wildlife control or extermination is not permitted. Report wildlife concerns to the park manager or staff. Nature and Wildlife - Do not deface trees or bushes. - Do not feed animals or waterfowl. Rule Enforcement - Rules may be enforced only by the park manager or the manager’s designee and, when necessary, by the MAP Board of Directors. - Report violations to the park manager or staff. - Guests who violate campground rules may be required to leave without a refund. Cleaning and Damage Fees - A minimum charge of $25 will be applied to the guest’s credit card if a site is left dirty or damaged. RMS Terms - Cancellation penalties depend on the accommodation provider’s policies. - An administration charge, as defined on the booking form, applies to all booking changes and cancellations. - RMSOnline sells accommodation from inventory supplied by each accommodation provider and does not oversell that inventory. - RMSOnline is not liable for room unavailability caused by an accommodation provider overselling its own inventory. - Guests must provide a credit card at check-in to cover incidental charges and may be required to provide photo identification. - RMSOnline makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information on its website is accurate but cannot guarantee the site is free from errors or faults. - RMSOnline is not liable for errors or omissions and may change published information at any time. - RMSOnline is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of its website or from products or services purchased through it. - RMSOnline makes no warranty or representation regarding the fitness or suitability of products or services advertised on its website. - RMSOnline offers are not commissionable to registered travel agents. - RMSOnline receives payment from the accommodation provider for providing its booking service. - Guests must be at least 18 years old to book accommodation through RMSOnline. - These terms do not affect consumers’ statutory rights. - A third-party card authorizer processes required credit-card transactions, and RMSOnline is not liable for default by the card authorizer. - Accommodation payments are held by RMSOnline on behalf of the accommodation provider and remitted to the property under terms agreed between RMSOnline and the accommodation provider. - The customer authorizes RMSOnline to debit the customer’s credit-card account for the specified booking fee and accommodation cost. - All fees are GST inclusive, and RMSOnline will issue a valid tax invoice for the booking service. - Bookings made through RMSOnline are made on behalf of the accommodation provider. - The accommodation provider is solely responsible for delivering the booked services, and RMSOnline is not liable for default by the accommodation provider.

STRICT If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a 50% refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
