The four categories are clear about both service and position: 30-amp water-and-electric transient sites, 30/50-amp water-and-electric transient sites, and waterfront versions of each. All carry water and electric with site-delivered WiFi, a fire pit, and a picnic table. There's no sewer at the site, so plan on the on-site dump station. Laundry, a bathhouse with showers, a general store, firewood, propane fills and exchange, and a pavilion cover the essentials. Pets are welcome. An outdoor pool, boat docks, a boat ramp, and boat and kayak rentals support swimming, boating, paddling, paddle boats, paddle boarding, and fishing, with sport courts, basketball, horseshoes, walking trails, live music, and planned activities. Leeds sits at 1540 Route 106 in Androscoggin County, twenty miles west of Augusta, where the Dead River borders the campground before flowing into Androscoggin Lake — a river-to-lake connection that makes the water frontage unusually useful. Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pet Policy - We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. - Pets are the responsibility of the owner. - Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. Campground Disclaimer - There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations or disorderly conduct. - Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds. - Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control. - The Riverbend Campground or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused. - The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy All Reservations - Cancellation After Arrival – No Refund RV/Tent/Transient Sites - Cancellation – (0-14 Days from reservation start date) – No Refund. - Cancellation – (15-30 Days from reservation start date) - Full Refund, minus a 25% cancellation fee on reservation total. - Cancellation – (31+ Days from reservation start date) - Full Refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee on reservation total. Cabins/Lodging Rentals - Cancellation – (0-30 Days from reservation start date) – No Refund. - Cancellation – (31+ Days from reservation start date) - Full Refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee on reservation total. Seasonal Cancellations - If you are a seasonal guest and decide to cancel your reservation, you must contact campground management. - The campground will hold the $1,000 non-refundable deposit. - Any payments made before the park opening will be refunded, less the deposit. - If the cancellation occurs during the camping season, a refund will not be issued. - If the campground finds a seasonal replacement for your site, then a refund will be granted back to you in the amount of the newly sold site, less the non-refundable deposit.
