The cabins are not. Is the water turned off during the winter? - Yes. During the winter months, the water is turned off. So our season campers during that time frame utilize the newly renovated bath house (see below). Electric heaters are not permitted, so propane furnaces within these seasonal campers are required. Things To Do In Jackman Maine! 201 Powersports - Rentals of Side-by-sides, 4 Wheelers & Snowmobiles! Fishing - JLC is located on Moose River: 1/4 mile from where Big Wood Pond joins. - Salmon, Lake Trout, and Small Mouth Bass await you! Eat Local! - Jackman has some great local restaurants so you don't have to cook every meal, AND support local! Greenville, ME - Greenville is only 40 minutes from JLC which offers Big Squaw Ski Mountain, Shopping, Dining, Mount Kineo, and Moosehead Lake! The Forks, ME - The Forks is 25 minutes from JLC offering White Water Rafting and tubing the Kennebec River, Appalachian Trail Hiking, and more dining options!

Rules

Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 3 PM - Flexible - Check-Out: 11 AM - Please proceed directly to your assigned site or cabin (You will be sent access instructions before arrival if you are staying in a cabin). We hope you enjoy your stay! - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision for spot placement. Bathhouse - Check out our new bathhouse! Men's is remodeled with 2 showers, 2 toilets, a urinal, and a 3 sink vanity. - Women's is newly remodeled with 2 showers, 2 toilets, and a 3-sink vanity. Winter - During the winter months the water is turned off. - So our seasonal campers during that time frame utilize the newly renovated bath house. - Electric heaters are not permitted, so propane furnaces within these seasonal campers are required. Seasons - Our cabins are rented by the day or week all year round. - Our RV and tent sites are rented by the day, week, month, or season in the summertime and they are rented by the season only in the Winter Time (November 1st - April 1st.) - Please give us a call for seasonal reservations! We would love to have you stay with us! Park Speed Limit - The speed limit is 5 mph in the park. Quiet Time - Please be respectful of your neighbors. - Quiet Time is after 10 p.m. Winter Seasonal Guests - All Winter Seasonal Guests must check out by April 1st. Use of Canoe - We have a canoe that is available for use by our Cabin Guests (First Come First Serve)! Extra Vehicles - Extra vehicles may need to be parked away from your site in our overflow parking, but we do have room! Space to Park Trailers - We do have room for trailers if you are towing sporting equipment! ATVs Policy - You can leave your ATVs, 4x4s, bikes, etc. directly from your site!

Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 30 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 14 days prior, then 13 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable.
