Arrival and Site Assignment - Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. - Contact the campground in advance for help coordinating arrival details. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Guests and Campsites - All guests and visitors must follow campground rules and posted facility instructions. - RV, cabin, Airstream, tent, and seasonal accommodations are subject to the requirements for the reserved site type. Pets - Pet-friendly camping options are available; guests must review the rules for their selected accommodation. - Pets must be supervised, controlled, and cleaned up after. Campfires and Facilities - Campfires are permitted only in designated fire rings and when conditions allow. - Guests must follow posted rules for the swimming pool, trails, playground, bathrooms, showers, and other facilities.

Campground Cancellation Policy - For stays of 21 days or less, cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival receive a full refund minus a $35 administrative fee. - For stays of 21 days or less, cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are not eligible for a refund. - For stays longer than 21 days, a $200 non-refundable deposit is retained for any cancellation. - For stays longer than 21 days, cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival receive no refund. - Cabin reservations and holiday-week reservations are non-refundable. Spot2Nite Cancellation Policy - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email at [email protected] or call (877) 778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
