We accommodate vacationing campers with tents and recreational vehicles (RV's) of all sizes, to include pop-ups, travel trailers, 5th wheel units and motor coaches.
There is so much to do within our RV Resort; you may find you won’t want to leave! Swimming pools, an arcade room, shops, a tennis court, and even an ice cream parlor to satisfy your sweet tooth and cool you down on those warm summer nights.

Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Campsite Check-in Time: 2 p.m.
- Campsite Check-Out Time: 12 p.m.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement.
Campers
- Camper must be 21 years of age or older.
- Camper grants full permission to Bay View Campground to use camper's photograph and/or the photograph of all campers and visitors registered to site in any publication or advertising materials (printed or electronic) without inspection or review unless Bay View Campground receives within 30 days of camper's arrival date in writing denial of such use.
- This consent also serves to waive all rights of privacy or compensation which camper may have in connection with the use of camper's photograph and/or the photograph of all campers and visitors registered to the site.
- Use of property, facilities or campsite by any family member or others without the presence of camper responsible for site is prohibited.
Vehicle Policy
- Vehicles without valid passes will not be allowed to enter the park.
- All vehicles must park on the assigned site or in the central parking area.
Speed Limit
- Speed limit is 10mph.
Electricity
- Electricity: 20, 30, or 50 amp service is provided.
- Bay View Campgrounds is not responsible for losses due to interruption of electrical power.
Cleanliness
- Proper sanitation and cleanliness must be adhered to while in the park.
- It is your responsibility to maintain your campsite in a clean and orderly condition.
- It is your responsibility to bag and dispose of your garbage in the bins located across from the camp office.
- Dumpsters are open for garbage disposal during office hours.
Sewage
- Sewage may not be discharged unless attached to a discharge facility equipped with a rubber sewer collar.
- Grey water must be discharged in the central grey water/porta potty dump station located at the main restroom facility.
- Water may not be dumped on the ground.
Quiet Time
- After 11 pm and before 8 am is Quiet Time.
- 10 pm curfew: Teenagers and children must return to their own site by 10 pm unless they are accompanied by their parent or an adult to whom a site is registered.
Alcoholic Beverages
- Alcoholic beverages may be consumed in moderation on your own site only, and all local, state, and federal laws pertaining to the consumption of alcoholic beverages must be adhered to.
Cannabis
- In Massachusetts, Cannabis is illegal to consume in any place accessible to the public and must only be consumed in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
Conduct
- Disorderly conduct, indecent language, or other disturbances are grounds for immediate eviction from the park.
Pools
- Children under the age of 16 years and all non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult swimmer (age 21 ) who agrees to take responsibility for their safety while they are within the fenced-in areas that surround the pool(s).
- The use of bay view pools and facilities is at your own risk, as lifeguards are not provided.
- Flotation devices cannot be worn or used in the pool unless labeled as Coast Guard-approved.
- Bay View Campgrounds, Inc. is not responsible for the actions of persons on Bay View's property or using Bay View's facilities.
Pet Policy
- Your pets are welcome if leashed at all times, walked in designated pet walking areas, kept quiet, and not left unattended.
- Your guests may not bring their pets into the park when they come to visit you.
- Adult owners/handlers utilizing the Dog Park must comply with posted rules.
- Use of the dog park is at your own risk.
- Children may not walk pets on Bay View's property or enter the Dog Park area unless accompanied by an adult.
- Adults may walk a pet if the pet is on a short leash (6' or shorter) and the pet does not show aggressive behavior towards people or other pets.
- You must have a valid rabies certificate available upon request.
- Pets' waste must be immediately disposed of.
- Pets are not allowed in the common areas of the park (i.e.; playgrounds, buildings, pools, etc.)
- Pet owners not complying with all of the above will be required to remove their pets from the park.
Motorcycles
- Motorcycles, mopeds, children's ride-on cars, electric recreational vehicles, electric carts or skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, and the like, are not permitted.
- Bicycle riding on hills and after dusk or 8 pm is not allowed.
- Safety helmets must be worn by persons age 16 and under when riding bikes in the park, and the bike racks provided must be used.
Fire Policy
- Bay View Campground has adopted the "Buy It Where You Burn It" philosophy.
- Only firewood purchased from our office may be burned in your site's pre-located fireplace.
- No fires are allowed when the red triangular fire flag is displayed from our flag pole at the park entrance.
- No garbage or any other substance may be burned.
- All fires must be contained to a safe flame level, overseen by an adult, and extinguished prior to your retiring for the night.
Campground Disclaimer
- Bay View Campgrounds, Inc. is privately owned and operated.
- The management has full authority over the campground and facilities, including enforcement of rules.
- Payments are required in advance.
- Management reserves the right to utilize any campsite that has been left unoccupied for over twenty-four hours.
- Abandoned equipment with an unpaid account balance is subject to being removed from the site at the camper's expense and sold after a period of 60 days to recover the balance due, including labor and storage fees.
- Persons using Bay View Campgrounds, Inc. and its facilities do so at their own risk, and they assume full responsibility for injury or illness while using our grounds and facilities.
- Bay View Campgrounds, Inc. accepts no responsibility or liability for work performed for or in the name of their corporation unless it has been authorized by management.
- "For Sale" signs are not allowed to be displayed while in our park, including on RV vehicles, boats, cars, miscellaneous items, etc. Fencing, including tarps and privacy screens, is not permitted.
- 1 layer of lattice, limited to 6’ in height and with grid openings no smaller than 1.5”, is permitted.
- For additional rules, guidelines & policies, please refer to the accompanying information included with your check-in packet.
- Management reserves the right to have violators of these rules ejected from the property without refunds.
- Persons using Bay View Campgrounds and its facilities do so AT THEIR OWN RISK and they assume full responsibility for injury or illness occurring to them, members of their family or their visitors.
- Additionally, Bay View Campgrounds, Inc., their employees, heirs and assigns, will not be held responsible for lost, damaged, destroyed or stolen property/camping equipment,injury or illness occurring to persons during the use of or resulting from Bay View's grounds or facilities.
- Bay View Campground's Management reserves the right to make decisions that are in the best interest of its property and guests whenever the rules do not specifically address certain situations.
- Guests are asked to conduct themselves properly while on Bay View Campground's property and to follow Bay View's Code of Conduct (available from the office upon request).
- Loud or boisterous behavior, running or horseplay, fighting, threatening others, use of obscene language, or sexual misconduct will not be tolerated and is reason for removal from the property without refund.
- I have read and understood the above terms and conditions of Bay View Campground's rules, policies, and disclaimer.
- I agree to abide by these terms and conditions as set forth, as well as Federal, Stat,e and Local Laws.
Cancellation Policy
Campground Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations and Shortened reservations: Cancellations received more than 14 days in advance of your arrival day will receive a refund less a cancellation charge equal to 10% of the total reservation fee.
- Cancellations received 8-14 days in advance of arrival day will receive a refund less a cancellation charge equal to 30% of the total reservation fee.
- Cancellations 7 days or less in advance of arrival are non-refundable.
- Even in cases of an emergency, we cannot refund your deposit when you cancel your reservation without proper notice.
- Additionally, guests who shorten their stay without 14 days' prior notice of arrival date are liable for charges on the canceled nights.
Refund Policy
- There are no refunds for early departures.
- Refunds will not be made for shortened stays or cancellations.
- Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.

- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
