Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Fireworks - No Fireworks are allowed. Keeping our community clean - Residents must keep their space uncluttered and clean. - Absolutely no digging in the ground without consent from management. Parking RV - Residents must park on the parking pads and not on the grass unless permission is given. Pet Friendly - Only pets approved by the landlord will be allowed and must be on a leash and not be allowed to run loose. Changes in park rules - The Park's rules and regulations, standards of maintenance of physical improvements in the park, together with services (including utilities), equipment and physical improvements within the park may be changed from time to times as provided by any law then in effect.

Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy - Unfortunately, even in cases of an emergency, we cannot refund deposits when a cancellation occurs without proper notice. - We do not offer refunds for weather, health, or mechanical-related instances. - Management reserves the right to approve refund requests based on each situation. - RV Site cancellations made 1 day prior to the reservation date will qualify for a full refund minus the below processing fee. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before will qualify for a 50% refund. - There will be a $10 processing fee for all RV site cancellations. - The following weekends are considered “holidays” in the camping industry and are therefore non-refundable: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day. We do not offer refunds for reservations cancelled for these weekends. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
