Camp With Us! Poche’s RV Park is a Cajun campground that is located approximately 5 miles north of beautiful Breaux Bridge, LA. The park is sitting on 93 breathtaking acres. Poche’s RV Park has 85 full hookup sites, with large concrete slabs. About 95% of the RV sites back up to our beautiful ponds, where you can walk out of your camper and start fishing within a few feet. We also have 5 different-sized cabins for rent to accommodate any size family. Located throughout the property are 5 different fishing ponds, which total roughly 51 acres of water! Within the ponds, you can catch largemouth bass, bream, white perch (sac-a-lais), and several different types of catfish. You can also explore the ponds in our paddle boats or single and tandem kayaks, or even bring your own! Come and relax… and enjoy the peace and quiet of this stunningly beautiful RV park!

Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is 1:00 PM for RV sites and 3:00 PM for Cabins. - Early RV check-in may result in an early check-in fee. - Check-out time is 12:00 PM. - Late check-outs will result in an extra fee, no less than $20. Late check-in is available to those who pay in full. - If you are caught entering after hours and have not paid in full, you may be charged a $50 fee. - Refunds/Prorating - No prorating or refunds for early departures or any other reason given. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. General Regulations - No boats, 4-wheelers, or motorized scooters. - No swimming in ponds. - Do not throw cigarette butts or any other trash on the ground, in the ponds, or in the fire rings. - Do not leave trash outside overnight. - All trash must be thrown in the front dumpster. - If someone calls to complain about loud noise or music within quiet time hours (10 pm – 8 am), music will have to be turned off, and all guests must leave. - All visitors must register at the front office before entering the grounds and must leave by 10 pm. - Please note there is a grease trap on the right side of the screened pavilion behind the big BBQ pit near the office. - Please dispose of grease in the grease trap, NOT in ponds or grass. - Campers are responsible for picking up their pets' waste. - Fees will be charged for any damage done by guests or their pet(s). - Pets are welcome in cabins 1, 4, and 6 - A non-refundable fee of $35 per day, per pet will apply - Limit of 2 (two) dogs (s) weighing 75 lbs or less (each) per rental - Dogs should be non-aggressive and leashed at all times in public areas, and not be left alone in the cabin - Pets must be registered with the front desk at check-in. Golf Cart Rules - You may bring your electric golf cart only at a cost of $10.00 per day - No motorized recreational equipment allowed in our park, such as 4-wheelers, go-karts, scooters, mini-bikes, or private watercraft. - Any misbehavior on the cart will not be tolerated! - Golf carts must be operated properly. No horseplay, racing, or other misuse of the vehicle is allowed. - Driving a golf cart in the park is a privilege, and driving recklessly and irresponsibly will incur the loss of this privilege. - No Driving golf carts between the hours of 10 pm-7 am - No evening driving is permitted without proper headlights. - Speed limit for golf carts is 5 mph. - Operate golf carts at your own risk. Only licensed drivers are allowed to operate golf carts. Canoe & Kayak Rules - You may bring your canoe and/or kayak at a cost of $5.00 per day, per boat. - Life jackets must be worn at all times by all persons while using a canoe/kayak. - No motors of any kind are allowed in the ponds. - No inflatables of any kind are allowed in the ponds. - Use of a canoe/kayak in restricted ponds is strictly prohibited. - Use of a canoe/kayak is only allowed in daylight. - Registered guests are responsible for the safety and behavior of themselves and their guests. - Operate canoe/kayaks at your own risk. - Life Jackets must be worn by all individuals while using the kayak (s). - All boats must be returned to the shack by 6 pm. - If boats are not returned on time, additional fees will be added. - Use of boat(s) in ponds 1 and 2 is strictly prohibited. - Children ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. - Boats must be used in a well-behaved manner. - No swimming in ponds. - Rental boat(s) can only be used in pond 3. - Privileges will be revoked if rules and regulations aren’t followed. Fish Limits Per Pond - Pond 1 – No fishing is allowed in Pond 1. - Pond 2 – Catch and release all largemouth bass and bluegill. 25 per day on crappie "sacalait" per person. No limit on catfish. - Pond 3 – Catch and release largemouth bass over 13 inches and all bluegill. No limit on crappie "sacalait" and catfish. - Pond 4 – Catch and release all largemouth bass and bluegill. 30 per day on crappie "sacalait" per person. No limit on catfish. - Pond 5 – Catch and release all largemouth bass and bluegill. No limit on crappie "sacalait" and catfish. - *No fishing from the clubhouse and in the roped off area due to spawning.* - Catch and release all grass carp! - Please adhere to fish limits to keep prices down and stock up. Wristbands/Golf Cart Tags Rules - Wristbands must be worn by individuals over the age of 4 years old at all times. - Golf cart tags must be kept on golf carts at all times. - No exceptions. - Strictly enforced. Visitor Policy - All visitors must check in at the office and comply with park rules/policies. - There is a $10 per person/per day fee for any visitor over the age of 4 years old. - No one campsite may have over 8 people. Common Courtesy - Common courtesy shall prevail between all persons in the park. - Respect the privacy of guests. - Profane, abusive, harassing, threatening language or actions directed at park personnel or other guests are unacceptable and could result in eviction. Noise Control - No obnoxiously loud music or partying. Quiet Hour - Quiet time 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Emergency and Safety - No illegal drugs. - All weapons shall be kept in compliance with state/federal laws. - No discharge or use of firearms in the park. - No smoking in or around buildings. - Speed limit 10 mph. - If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, please contact the office. - POCHE’S will not tolerate any onerous, noxious, or offensive activity of any sort that could interrupt and/or adversely affect the enjoyment of other parties utilizing our facilities. - In the event of such onerous, noxious, or offensive activity, in the judgment of management, the parties responsible for such activities will be required to leave the park immediately, without a refund. Vehicles and Site Occupancy Rules - No parking on adjacent/vacant sites. - No vehicle repairs or maintenance may be done in the park unless approved by management. Site Policy - Cleanliness of the park is important to everyone. - All trash should be bagged and taken to the dumpster. - Outdoor items should be neat and orderly. - Hazardous materials shall be discarded properly. - Please leave park facilities as you would like to find them. - If they need attention, notify the office. - No one campsite may have over 8 people. Portable Grills - Gas/charcoal grills are allowed. - Wood fires are also permitted. Laundry Rules - No clotheslines or hanging laundry outdoors. - No washing of pet bedding in the laundry facility. Pet Rules - We reserve the right to refuse or require the removal of any animal at any time. - Cats are allowed but may not roam freely in the park. - Dogs must be on a leash (6 feet or shorter) and under the control of an adult at all times. - Excessive barking is not allowed. - Pet owners must immediately pick up after their pet and deposit waste in a bag. - If sites are left with dog waste, there will be an additional charge. - Aggressive animals will not be allowed in the park. - Pets may not be left outdoors unsupervised. - Absolutely no pets allowed in cabins. Fishing - Refer to the weekly handout for fish limits and abide by our limits to keep ponds stocked. - We allow absolutely no fishing with cast nets or jug lines. - No fishing from the clubhouse or within the roped-off area due to spawning. Golf Carts - You may bring your own electric golf cart for a fee of $5 per day. - No gas carts permitted. - No evening driving without proper headlights. - If rental carts, owned by Poche's RV Park, are deemed excessively dirty by staff, a $50 fee will be added to the reservation and paid for with the card on file. - This may be done without notice. Kayaks and Canoes Rules - You may bring your own boat for a fee of $5 per day, per boat, whether the boat will be used or not. - Absolutely no inflatables or motors on boats allowed. - Lifejackets must be worn at all times. - You must be 12 years of age to operate the boat. Recreational Equipment Rules - No motorized recreational equipment allowed in our park, such as 4-wheelers, go-karts, scooters, mini-bikes, or private watercraft. - Equipment must be operated properly. - No horseplay, racing, or other misuse allowed. Cabin Policy - No smoking, cleaning fish, frying food, or boiling seafood in cabins. - Absolutely no pets (if a pet enters the cabin or deck, a minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be applied to the card on file). - Please empty trash into the designated dumpster daily and before check-out. All visiting guests must leave by 10 PM. - No cabin may have more than the included number of people at that cabin. - If cabins are deemed excessively dirty by housekeeping, a cleaning fee of $150 will be added to the reservation and will be paid for with the card on file. - This may be done without notice. - You must be 21 years old or older to reserve a cabin. - There must be someone over the age of 21 staying in the cabin throughout the entire stay. - You may be denied entry upon arrival and/or any type of refund. Damages and Personal Liability - Any guest or visitor who willfully or negligently damages or destroys park property, landscaping, or equipment will be held liable for the cost to repair or replace the damaged property. - The responsible party(s) may be evicted for willful damage. Guest Property Rules - Guests use the Resort’s facilities at their own risk. - Secure your valuables. - Management assumes no liability for loss or damage to guest property and/or injury to person, pet, or party arising due to use of resort facilities or caused by others on the premises. - The campground is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, or catastrophic events. Right to Refuse/Evict/Deny Access - Poche’s is a privately owned campground. - Management reserves the right to refuse services, evict, or deny access to anyone, under any circumstances it deems necessary, in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws. - There will be no refunds. Policy Changes - Since every contingency cannot be covered in a set of rules, from time to time, modification may be necessary. - Management reserves the right to make changes deemed necessary to these rules and regulations at any time, without prior notice. Discount Rules - Discounts may not be used on holiday weekends, "special" weekends, or any other days that Poche's RV Park chooses. Trailer Policy - Any extra trailer over 20 ft long must be booked at its own site. - Any trailer under 21 ft long may be parked in overflow parking, but is not guaranteed a space. - All overflow parking is first-come, first-served. Photography Rules - Entrance into the campground property contains permission for the management of Poche’s RV Park to photograph the visitor(s) while on the premises and to use any resulting photographs for any lawful purposes without any compensation to the visitor(s). Indemnity And Waiver Of Liability - Customer shall indemnify and hold Owner harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from any and all damages or injuries caused by fire, water, wind, civil strife, or acts of God, owner and/or customer actions or inactions (or those of their employees, agents, or invitees), or any other related to Customer’s use or occupation of the RV site, regardless of whether such loss was caused by the negligence of any of the Campground parties. Theft of Service Law - Any guest who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site services when due is subject to criminal prosecution. - We are providing service hook-ups for your RV. - We require full payment in advance and will prosecute any violations under the “theft of services law”. Water Amenity Rules - Swim at your own risk - no lifeguard on duty anywhere in the park - No child under the age of 16 years is permitted in/near any water amenity without a parent or guardian present (this includes pool, inside pool fencing, aquapark, and the splash pad). - There will be no expectations made. - No glass is permitted in the aquapark area or in the pool area (this is for the safety of all guests). - No horseplay permitted on the aquapark or in the pool (this includes running or diving). - Absolutely no swimming under the water inflatables in the pond. - Swimming is only allowed to and from the aquapark from the floating dock. - Only Poche’s RV park life jackets are allowed to be worn and have to be worn at all times on the aquapark and in the pond. - Aquapark hours: 10 am to 6 pm (schedule is subject to change due to maintenance, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances) - Water amenities open Friday, May 24, 2024, and close Monday, September 30, 2024 (schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances) - All rules are subject to change without notice - The water amenities will be closed during extreme weather.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
