Registrations and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in is between noon and 7:00 pm.
- Check out or re-register by 11:00 am CST.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Campsite Usage
- All 50-AMP trailers must use a 50-AMP site.
- No converters or pigtails are allowed.
- Tent stays are 4 weeks maximum per camping season.
- All sites have a maximum stay of two seasonal stays (365 days).
- No residence.
- No un-operational vehicles allowed to stay on the property.
- All campsites and RVs must be clean and attractive.
Trash And Cleanliness
- Place your refuse in trash bags and deposit them in trash cans.
- Help us maintain clean restrooms and showers.
- Please turn off the water tightly.
- Do not use sinks for pets, dishes, or laundry.
- Please respect the natural landscape and beauty of our park.
- Vandalism and destruction will not be tolerated.
Pet Policy
- All pets must be leashed at all times.
- Pets are not to be left unattended.
- Clean up all fecal matter.
- It is your responsibility.
- Two pets are allowed per site.
- Incessantly barking dogs must be controlled, muzzled, or are not welcome at Emerald Trails.
- All pet owners who do not clean up after their pets will be asked to leave.
Safety Policy
- Observe the posted 10mph speed limit.
- Campfires must be at least 10 feet from trees in fire containment liners.
- No fire is to be left unattended.
- Failure to dispose of wastewater and sewage properly and safely will result in immediate dismissal from the park.
- Fireworks, firearms, bows and arrows, slingshots, and similar items are not allowed in the park.
Alcohol Policy
- Legal age consumption of alcohol is only permitted at your campsite.
- Alcohol-related disturbances will lead to expulsion from the park.
Lake And Fishing Policy
- Only campground paddle boats are allowed on the lake.
- No swimming.
- No night fishing permitted.
Vehicles Policy
- No off-road vehicles allowed on walking paths.
- All golf carts must only be on roads, abiding by the speed limit.
Guests And Children
- All campers under the age of 18 must be at your campsite by 10:00 pm.
- All campers must register at the office as soon as possible.
- Children are always to be supervised by an adult.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am.
Dump Station
- Free dump station use is for registered campers only.
Management
- Management must be made aware of any situation that may cause your stay to be unpleasant.
General Courtesy
- Rules are based on common courtesy, so all can have a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
