Rules

Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Rent - Rent is due the 1" of each month. - No exceptions. - If not paid by the 2nd tenant will be subject to eviction/ towed. Sewer, Water, Electrical - Sewer, water, electrical connections and lights to be kept in working condition and free of damage. Garbage - Space must be kept free of garbage and always kept neat and clean. Pets - Pets are not permitted without prior approval of management. - If a pet is permitted, it must be always kept under control and cleaned up after. - If Management has to clean up after your pet a separate $25.00 fee will be charged to you. - Pets are not allowed to run at large in the park. Quite Time - Quite time is to be observed from between the hours of 11:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. Lease Violations - Trespassing, loud or disturbing noises, obnoxious odors and/or domestic disputes, illegal drugs will not be tolerated immediate eviction will be taken. Property Damage and Loss - If any property owned by the RV Park, such as extension cords, are taken at the time of check out a separate fee of $50.00 will be charged. Grounds for Eviction - This is a privately owned park and right to evict, without notice, any objectional person who may cause a disturbance or become a nuisance, is reserved, and management is sole judge of existence or cause for such action. - Management reserves the right to evict, upon giving proper written notice, anyone from the park who refuses to comply with all rules or accepted practices.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you will get your full refund, minus a $10 dollar cancellation fee. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
