Our RV park offers more than just a place to park your RV; it's a serene destination where you can appreciate the beauty of nature, experience southern hospitality, and enjoy modern conveniences. Our RV park is open year-round and features 18 back-in spaces and 14 pull-through spaces. All sites have 30-amp and 50-amp hookups available to accommodate different types of RVs. Check-In Procedure - Butterbean Acres RV Park has created and enforces the following rules to provide a safe and desirable community. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Dumpster - Please place garbage bags and trash in dumpsters. Speed Limit - Drive carefully and watch for children. - The speed limit is 10mph. Pets - Pets are welcome, but they must be kept on a leash, kept quiet, and not left unattended in the park. - Please walk your pet in the designated area of the campground. - Pick up the waste. Electrical Safety - We strongly recommend that you use an electrical surge protector to protect your RV from power surges. Campground Etiquette - We ask your cooperation in keeping the area clean. - Please be considerate of your fellow campers. Quiet Hours - Quiet times begin at 10:00 pm and continue until 7:00 am. Grounds for Eviction - The management reserves the right to evict anyone from the campground for detrimental conduct or failure to observe the park rules and regulations, without a refund. - The above rules also apply to all areas in this park. Site Requirements & Policy Notices - Sewer elbows are required. - Rates are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
