Harvest Moon RV Park is located on Exit 306 of I-75 in North of Atlanta area. A place for vacation and visiting your beloved or for a short-term work assignment. All sizes of sites varying from 28 Ft to 110 Ft Pull-Thru and Back-In sites with Full Hook Up and 30/50 AMP available. We also have a Rec Room for a small party or meeting up to 50 people with a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, and tables and chairs. We have a game room/lounge with a computer with Wi-Fi internet. We provide a complimentary guest laundry facility.

Rules

Check-In Procedure - Check-in is after 1 PM EST. - Check-out by 12 PM EST. - The following documents are required at check-in. - 1) Copy of a valid driver’s license for all adult guests residing at the Campground. - 2) Phone number of an individual other than the guest to contact in case of emergency. - 3) Signed copy of the Agreement. - 4) Email address. - Please notify the office in the event of an early departure. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Office Hours - Our office hours are Sunday 1 PM - 7 PM and Monday through Saturday 9 AM - 7 PM, Closed for lunch from 12 PM - 1 PM. - Subject to change and may vary on holidays. Rent - All rent is required in advance and is due and payable on the first day of site occupation and the same date each month for the duration of the guest’s stay. - Daily rate will be charged for each day rent is not paid, plus legal fees. - There is a $50 charge for all returned checks and $ 75 late fee after the due date. - No refunds for leaving early. - We do not prorate the weekly or monthly rent. - Base rent rate pays for one or two persons. - The monthly rate for extra persons occupying an RV, over the two allowed with the base rent, is $100.00 metered and $ 150 Unmetered per person (Adult or child). - No more than four persons allowed. - No prorates for extra people. - Daily and Weekly pay Tax. - The following documents are required to be kept in our office files for the duration of each guest's stay: - Copy of a valid driver’s license for all adult guests. - Phone number of a person other than the guest to contact in case of emergency. - Signed copy of these rules sheet. - If you vacate your site for any reason, please notify the office. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are 10:00 PM until 9:00 AM and must be observed by all guests and visitors. - No outside party, loud music, or any noise. Speed Limit - Please respect our speed limit - 5 MPH. Facilities - Facilities are Smokeless, Petless, and Alcohol Free - Bathhouse, restroom, Game Room, Chapel (Rec Room), and office/laundry facilities are available to all guests. - Please observe posted hours of operation and cleaning times. - Please leave the facilities clean. Please notify the office if any problem arises or if anything needs attention. - Please dispose of tobacco products in the assigned receptacles outside each of these buildings. - Do not toss cigarette butts on the ground or on fire pits. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome in RV sites only with prior approval from the management. - To continue welcoming pets, we enforce a pet policy. - A responsible pet owner will find the following basic requirements. - Pet behavior and hygiene are the sole responsibility of the owner. - Pets should be kept on a leash or inside the Guest’s RV. - Local Law requires pets to be on a short leash (6 feet or less) at all times. - Pets should never be left tied outside unattended. - A dog walk is provided for pet hygiene. - Pet owner must pick up after their pet in all park areas, including your site and Dog walk. - Only sight-assisting animals are permitted in park buildings. - No aggressive pets allowed, including Pitt Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Great Danes, German Shepherds, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarias, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, etc. - A maximum of two pets per RV (a fee applies for over two pets), and only pets less than 70 pounds are allowed. Site Maintenance - Monthly guests are responsible for the following: - Grass mowing and trimming in sites with large areas of grass. - Sites not cut in a timely manner will be cut by park staff at an additional fee of $25.00 per occurrence, and RV park management will not be responsible for any damages to your property at all. - Your sites must be kept free of leaves, pine cones, pine needles, and trash. - All personal outdoor equipment must be kept in neat order. - The guest is responsible for pest control at their RV site, camper, and vehicle - Guests are responsible for placing all garbage in the dumpsters located in the park. - Sites are to be kept free of outside clutter and storage, including tool sheds, any type of tent, carports, outside trash cans, porches, exterior appliances, indoor type furniture, or clotheslines. - Fire rings are to be used to burn wood only and are to be kept free of garbage. - One Rubbermaid shed with no utilities may be allowed with prior approval from park management, with extra fees. - No custom-built sheds allowed. - Alcoholic beverages are permitted only on the Guest’s site. - Vacating guests are to leave the sites clean. - Guests who leave sites unkempt will be charged a cleanup fee to be determined by the park management. - No large external LP tanks are permitted. Guest's RV and Vehicle - 10 years and older, RV trailers that are falling apart, have broken windows, or have tarps on them are not allowed. - All RV Trailers must be self-contained, with electric, water, and sewer (Sink, Shower, & Toilet). - No custom-built RV Trailer /Units allowed. - One or two vehicles are permitted per site if the site size permits. - Vehicles must be parked only on the rented site. - Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. - RV park management will not be responsible for any damages to your vehicles at all. - Big work trucks, trailers, box trailers, or boats are not permitted on sites. - An extra-large vehicle may be permitted with prior approval from the park management. - All vehicles must have a valid License Plate/Tag, including RV trailers. - All vehicles must be reregistered in the RV Park office. - Vehicle and RV washing is permitted but must be approved by the management prior to each occurrence. - There is an additional charge which will be determined by the park management. - Vehicle repair is not allowed in the park. - Non-operational vehicles are not allowed in the park and will be removed at the owner’s expense. - No ATVs or Dirt bikes are allowed to be ridden within the park for recreational purposes. - Golf carts are permitted if driven by a valid licensed driver at their own risk. - Do not park or drive through any open sites. - Management will not be responsible for any damages to vehicles under any circumstances. - If management finds damage caused to the Campground’s landscaping, a fee will be imposed. Sewage - Sewer rings are required by law to seal sewage hoses to the receptacle. - By law, dumping of gray or black water on the ground is not permitted. - Black water tank valves should be kept closed and opened every two or three days to prevent clogging of RV tanks. - Use earth-friendly digester and deodorant chemicals in black water holding tanks. - Gray water valves may be left open. - No disposable hygiene products or diapers. - A fine determined by Management may be applied to the Guest if the Sewage rules are violated and damage is caused to the Campground. Visitors - All visitors are to register at the office prior to entering the park. - Visitors are to park only as directed upon registration. - Visitors staying overnight will be charged $7.00 per adult/child per day. - Visitors must be accompanied by an RV’er. - Please inform your visitor(s) about our park rules. - Due to any violation of our park rules, we may ask your visitors to leave our park immediately, and they will not be allowed to return in the future. Prohibited - No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the park. - No illegal activity. - The use or sale of illegal drugs will not be permitted and will not be tolerated. - Violations can cause your removal from the premises by the police or the owners of the park immediately. - No refund at all. - Complimentary utilities are provided at your site. - Use your own utilities; do not use your neighbor’s. - You are only allowed to use our utilities based on what your RV Camper manufacturer designed it for. - RV campers with 30 amps or 50 amps will be allowed to use only 30 30-amp or 50-amp receptacle plus a GFCI receptacle. - You are not allowed to use 30 amps and 50 amps at the same time. Wi-Fi - Complimentary Basic Wi-Fi access is provided. - Wi-Fi speed is impacted by usage, which is dependent upon the number of users. - Campground does not guarantee Wi-Fi access at every RV site. - The system is designed to support email, messaging, and similar communication activities. - The Wi-Fi system will not support Smart/Wi-Fi enabled devices like TV, Gaming systems, streaming video services, etc. Utilities - Guests only have access to the utilities available on the registered site, and are responsible for using the utilities compatible with the registered RV. - RVs with 30 amps or 50 amps are only allowed to use either the 30-amp or 50-amp receptacle, plus a GFCI receptacle. - Guests are not allowed to use both 30 amps and 50 amps at the same time. Campground Disclaimer - Owners or Employees will not be Responsible for fire, accidents, or loss of personal property/valuables of any kind. - Customers accept site rental privileges with the understanding they are responsible for their safety and their Children’s safety. - Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site, and/or evict any person or party without refund. - Campground staff are not allowed to work on RVs belonging to guests. - Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we do not give refunds due to the whims of Mother Nature. - We do everything we can to provide a safe, clean, and pleasant experience to all our guests. - With that in mind, our rules are strictly enforced 24 hours a day. - If anyone violates any of our rules, they agree to vacate our park with immediate effect and will not be refunded any money.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
