Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in is 1:00 PM. - Check-out is 11:00 AM. - Please contact the campground at (386) 767-0095 if you expect to arrive more than 24 hours after your check-in time. - Otherwise, your deposit and payments will be forfeited and your site may become available for others to rent. - If you arrive late, you must still pay for the site as reserved. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Site Policy - Do not change your campsite without checking with the office because the site may already be assigned. - Rates quoted are for two people and do not include tax. - 20-amp electrical sites may not run air conditioners or other high-amperage items. - Vehicles blocking sites or roads, or parked on unpaid sites, will be towed at the owner's expense. Fire and Safety Policy - Outside firewood may not be brought into the park due to infestation risk; firewood is available from the campground for a small fee. - Fireworks and firearms are prohibited, and discharge violates city and state ordinances. Park Disclaimers - Management may evict anyone for detrimental conduct or failure to follow park rules. - The campground may change a site or rate due to size requirements or unexpected developments. - The campground is not responsible for weather damage or theft; camping is at your own risk. - Rates are subject to change without notice. - Refunds are only available where specifically allowed by the cancellation policy. Pet Policy - Animals must be leashed at all times. - Clean up after pets immediately and do not leave pets unattended. - Undeclared pets may be removed from the park. - Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, and German Shepherds have restrictions; contact the campground for details. - Pets are not allowed in cabins. Trash Policy - Dumpsters are marked on the park map. - Keep your campsite clean and leave it as you would like to find it. Speed Limit - Follow the traffic patterns shown on the campground map. - The speed limit is 5 MPH. Pool Policy - The pool is for registered guests only and has no lifeguard; swim at your own risk. - Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible party. Vehicle Policy - Motorcycles and mini-bikes may only be used to enter or exit the campground. - Washing or repairing vehicles and motorhomes is prohibited. - Only one RV is permitted per site, and trailers may not be sublet. Clothesline Policy - Remove clotheslines after use, do not attach them to trees, fences, or poles, and do not use them after 6:00 PM. Visitor Policy - Visitors are welcome but must register at the front office.

Campground Cancellation Policy - A written cancellation request received at least 30 days before check-in, or before the first day of an event period if earlier, will be honored subject to a $20 fee. - Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund. - For non-event stays, a full refund less a $20 handling fee is available when cancellation is made more than 48 hours before check-in. - For non-event stays cancelled within 48 hours of check-in, payments are non-refundable. - Electric-and-water sites and cabin rentals must be paid in full 30 days before arrival or the event start date, whichever is earlier. Event and Long-Term Cancellation Policy - Long-term stays of one month or more are subject to cancellation fees of $200 within one month of arrival, $150 within one to two months, $100 within two to three months, $50 within three to four months, $25 within four to six months, and $20 more than six months before arrival. - Long-term guests must arrive within seven days of the reservation or the deposit is forfeited and the reservation cancelled. - The first month's rent is due one month in advance, is non-refundable, and is applied to rent at check-in. - Bike Week cancellations incur a $40 fee two or more months before the event, $50 one to two months before the event, and $100 within one month of the event. - Race Week and August Race cancellations incur a $20 handling fee; electric-and-water sites and cabin or trailer stays must be paid in full 30 days in advance and are non-refundable within 30 days of arrival or the event. - Biketoberfest cancellations incur a $20 handling fee; electric-and-water sites and cabin or trailer stays must be paid in full 30 days in advance and are non-refundable within 30 days of arrival or the event. - Turkey Rod cancellations incur a $20 handling fee; electric-and-water sites and cabin or trailer stays must be paid in full seven days in advance and are non-refundable within seven days of arrival or the event. Spot2Nite Cancellation Policy - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email at [email protected] or call (877) 778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
