Sunny Oaks was a great surprise. The spots are wide and in good shape. The bathroom facilities are cute cabin like structures that were kept very cool in the hot Florida heat. Thank you for booking with us at Sunny Oaks RV Park! Please read the following information before arrival. Note, we have TWO parks (only a half mile from each other). The Main Office and Park is located at 8654 New Kings Rd Jacksonville, FL 32219. Premium Back in Sites 135, 137, 138, 139 and 82 are located here. If you arrive after hours, Your check-in instructions and park information will be located in the RED BOX next to the front door of the office building. A park map is located on the side of the office building. A camp host is located in site #1. The Reserve @ Sunny Oaks is located at 8406 New Kings Rd Jacksonville, FL 32219. ALL PULL THROUGH SITES are located here. Check-in instructions and park info will be provided in the RED BOX on the front of the bathhouse building. A park map is at the entrance of the park. Our sites are 50 amp. If your rig is 30amp, you will need an adaptor. If you do not have one, please reach out to us and we can either lend you an adaptor or you may purchase one for $25. On Thursday nights from 5-8pm we have weekly food trucks at our Main Park. Our office is open Mon-Sat from 10am-3pm, and Sundays 12pm-5pm. Staff is available to answer the phone from 9am-5pm Monday thru Saturday and Sundays from 12pm-5pm. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions before your arrival. Rules

Reservation Policy: - Rates are for 2 adults and 2 children per site. - All RV site rates are plus tax, based on a 2 adult, 2 child occupancy. We do not offer tent campsites. ​- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. RVs​: - We will not accept RVs that are in unsatisfactory condition. This includes RVs that are unable to be towed, RVs that are not kept clean and tidy, and RVs that are generally unsightly. We reserve the right to refuse an RV if it does not meet our park standards. - ALL RV guests must have a rig that is able to self-move in 24 hours or less! - Extra campers, tents, sheds, boats, and trailers are NOT allowed on the site without approval. All extra structures or vehicles MUST be approved by management. - Extra vehicles will be subject to a $50-100/month fee for storage in our overflow area.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: - A $5.00 non-refundable booking fee is collected by the park. - Reservations canceled within 3 days or less of arrival date are subject to a forfeit of the full reservation. - Cancellations made between 4 and 7 days of arrival will receive 50% of their reservation returned to them. - Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival will receive 100% of their reservation as a refund less credit card transaction fees and a $5.00 booking fee. - Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable.
