Back-in categories at both amperages join a 30/50-amp pull-through tier, with an outdoor pool, fitness center, concierge, and pond. One hundred fifteen sites run in back-in 30-amp, back-in 30/50-amp, and pull-thru 30/50-amp categories, all carrying water, sewer, and electric with site WiFi, sized to 45 feet. Three straightforward categories keep booking simple — pick your amp service and whether you want to back in. Accessible sites are available. A laundry, restrooms, showers, and a concierge handle the practical side. A concierge at an RV resort is unusual and tells you something about the service level. An outdoor pool anchors the property, with a fitness center, pond, pickleball, ping pong, and swimming filling the grounds. Planned activities run through the season, and a golf course, a state park, and a national park area are nearby. Pets are welcome. The resort was formerly Santa Fe Palms RV Resort, under the same ownership and management with a new name and look. Gainesville blends small-town hospitality with the amenities of a university city — the University of Florida campus, Paynes Prairie Preserve's wild bison and horses, the Florida Museum of Natural History, and the north Florida springs corridor are all within easy reach. Fall football Saturdays and the winter snowbird months drive the heaviest demand. Reserve well ahead for home game weekends and for January through March.

Rules

Check-in Procedures - Check-In 1:00 pm - Check-Out 11:00 am - Late check-outs must be arranged with the office ahead of time. Additional charges may apply. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Parking - Only one RV and one vehicle per site. - Parking for additional vehicles must be arranged with the office. - Do not park on empty sites. Mail - We cannot accept mail on your behalf. - Please use a PO Box for packages and correspondence. Speed Limit Speed limit 5 MPH. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. - Use of generators is prohibited. - Loud music and excessive noise are prohibited. Trash - Please bag your trash and place it in either the dumpsters by the pickle ball court or the trash can trailer behind the bathhouse. - We do not pick up trash from the sites. Vehicle - All vehicles must be operable and in good condition. - If the RV is older than 10 years, we may request pictures before making a reservation. - Washing of RV’s and vehicles is prohibited. - A wash service that provides the water is permitted. - No oil changes or other maintenance is permitted. Occupancy - No tents or tent trailers are permitted. - You must have an RV to rent a site – NO car camping is permitted. - Campsites should be kept clean and neat. - Only outdoor furniture is permitted. - Canopies are only allowed to be set up temporarily. - No outside storage is allowed. - No clotheslines or draping laundry on the outside of RV. Campfire - Open fires are prohibited, except for charcoal grills. - Do not leave your grill unattended. Utility Hookups - No alterations to the electric, water or sewer connections are permitted. - All sewer hoses must have a threaded adapter or gasket per FL law and be off the ground. Pets - We are pet friendly and welcome your furry friends! Please observe the following: - Aggressive pets will not be tolerated. - All pets must be on a leash and cleaned up after. - Pets shall not be left unattended outside. Heated Pool - Pool Hours are 8 am to dusk. - No Lifeguard on Duty, swim at your own risk. - Children under the age of 16 must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult. - Children who aren’t potty trained must wear swim diapers. - No diving, running or aggressive play allowed. - No Smoking permitted. - No glass or pets permitted in the pool area. - Please put all trash in trash bins located in and outside of the pool area. - If pool rules are not followed, you will be asked to leave or banned from use. Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
