Check-In Procedure - Check-in is after 2 PM, and Check-out is 11 AM for all RV sites. -Check-in is after 4 PM for all Cottages and Seaside Suite and Check-out is at 10AM. - Late check-out may be arranged at the front desk on the morning of departure only for Rv sites. There is a $15 late check-out fee. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Late Arrivals - Arriving after the office is closed? No problem! -- If you have a reservation - If arriving after hours, please give our office a call at 850-799-1016 so that we can cone your site and send you after hour instructions. -- If you need assistance or have any problems, we do have a Campground Host that will be more than happy to assist you. -- Please come to the Welcome Center the next day after 8:30 am to check-in. Check-in online - If you are a drive-by with no reservation -- Please select a site without a cone that will accommodate your RV and come to the office. Sites with cones are for late-arriving guests. Terms & Conditions - By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Coastline RV Resort & Campground for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Coastline RV Resort & Campground from all losses, claims expenses, and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Coastline RV - Resort & Campground may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. The Resort & Campground is privately owned. Guests agree to read and comply with all Rules and Regulations. Pet owners assume full responsibility for all injuries and/or damage caused by their pets. - Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and evict without prior notice to anyone who creates a disturbance or nuisance or deliberately breaks any of our Rules & Regulations. Please refer to the back of your site map under Resort & Campground Rules and Regulations for a complete list of our park rules. - No pets and No smoking allowed in our Seaside suites, Clubhouse, Laundry Facility, Restrooms, and inside Pool area. Please use designated smoking areas-Strictly Enforced! Coastline RV Resort & Campground takes pride in keeping our facility and premises clean and in a working manner for our guests. Please be considerate and respectful in helping us do so. Daily and Weekly Reservation Policy - Daily and Weekly reservation dates may be changed towards a future date, at no charge, if 48-hour notice is given prior to your arrival date. - If giving less than a 48 hr notice on reservations less than 6 days, you will be subject to losing your first-night stay at a daily rate. - If giving less than a 48 hr notice on weekly reservations, you will lose the first night reservation along with your 1 free night. Park Rules and Regulations Have Fun - That’s why you are here. Enjoy both of our beautiful parks and relax, sightsee, and enjoy your time with us. Speed Limit - Please observe the 5 MPH speed limit at both parks for the safety of our guests and their pets. Fire Safety - All campfires must be in an above-ground fire pit where the firebox does not contact the ground. All fires must be completely extinguished each evening. Pool Policy - No lifeguard on duty. - Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. - Please use swim diapers for children that are not toilet trained. - No running, jumping, or diving in pools. - Please, no food in the pool and no glass inside the pool area. - No pets allowed in the pool area or Clubhouse. Please observe and follow all posted rules at the pools. -Pool hours are 9am-9pm -East park pool is heated in the winter months. Vehicles - Maximum of one RV and two Vehicles per site. - No parking on site patios or in the grass. - No boats permitted at RV Sites. Please inquire at the office for additional parking and storage options. Coastline RV Resort Pet Policy We're thrilled to welcome you and your furry friends to Coastline RV Resort! To ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for all guests-both two- and four-legged, we kindly ask that you follow our pet policy: General Guidelines - Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets per Cottage and 4 pets per RV Site - Accepted Pets: Dogs and cats only. No exotic animals are permitted. - Vaccinations: All pets must be current on vaccinations and in good health. - Pet Supervision: Pets must be supervised at all times and never left unattended outside. -Leash Rule: Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet when outside your unit or at the park. - Clean Up: Owners are responsible for immediate cleanup of pet waste. Waste stations are provided throughout the resort. Restricted Areas - Pets are not allowed in or around: - Clubhouse - Pools - Bathhouses - Laundry facilities - Playground - Recreational area - On-site restaurant (except in designated pet-friendly patio areas, if applicable) Bark Parks - Coastline RV Resort offers two fenced bark parks where your dogs can run and play off-leash. - Please supervise your pets and be courteous to other guests and dogs. Noise & Behavior - Continuous barking or aggressive behavior is not tolerated. - Pets that are noisy, vicious, dangerous, disturbing or intimidating to other persons or pets, or which damage park resources, are considered to be nuisances and will not be permitted to remain in the park. - If your pet shows signs of aggression or disturbs other guests, you may be asked to leave the resort without refund. Damage - Pet owners are financially responsible for any damage caused by their pets to property or other guests. We love animals as much as you do and want to keep Coastline RV Resort safe, fun, and relaxing for everyone. Thank you for being a responsible pet parent and helping us maintain a pet-friendly atmosphere! Clubhouse Rules - Please enjoy the Clubhouse! The Clubhouse is for the enjoyment of all of our guests, always leaving it neat and orderly. - No wet clothing or bathing suits allowed in Clubhouse. - All food kept in the refrigerator and freezer requires the site# and guest name. Smoking / Alcohol Policy - Smoking is permitted in designated areas within the Parks and at your RV site only. - Smoking is not permitted in park buildings, including Clubhouse, Seaside Suite, Restrooms, and the West Park pavilion. - Please dispose of cigarettes properly (not on the ground). Alcohol consumption is allowed only at guests' RV sites. Please consume alcohol responsibly. RV Sites - Please keep your site tidy. Excessive clutter is not permitted and is at the discretion of management. Strongly Enforced. Exercise Equipment - Safety is a priority. All equipment is to be used as intended. - Equipment and facilities are used at their own risk. - Please limit the use of equipment to 30 minutes so it is available to other guests. - Please wipe down the equipment after use. - Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests & Children - Guests are responsible for the actions and the safety of every person in their group. Quiet Hours - Please observe quiet time from 11PM until 8 AM. Everyone deserves a good night’s sleep. Your neighbors will appreciate your kindness. Restrooms & Laundry - Please help keep our facilities neat and clean so everyone can enjoy them. - Quarters for laundry machines are available from change machines in the laundry rooms at each park. - Soap dispensers are also located in the laundry rooms at each park. - Please report any problems to the front office. - Please close restroom doors after use. -All sites at Coastline Rv Resort feature Full hook ups and Wifi Internet, making it easy for guests to stream their favorite shows and movies. As a bonus, all guest enjoy to the amenities at both our East and West Parks. RV / Vehicle Washing - Washing of vehicles and RVs is not allowed at the park. Trash - Due to wildlife in the area, please bag all your trash and place it in the trash bins in your designated area before 5 PM each day for the final trash pick-up of the evening. Bicycles - For your safety, please do not ride bicycles on walkways or in the parks after dark. Always wear a helmet. Camping Etiquette - A campsite is just like your home's yard. Please don’t walk through other camping spaces and show your kids the boundaries of your campsite and respect those of others. - After you pack up, check around for trash, and move back anything you have relocated. If anything is broken, be sure to let the staff know. The Fine Print - Coastline RV Resort assumes no responsibility for injury, accident, damage, or loss of individual property from any cause of nature. - Management will not be responsible for and assumes no liability in the event of loss due to fire, theft, accidents, or any other loss, whether it may be injury or loss of property. - Management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to evict without prior notice anyone who creates a disturbance, nuisance, or deliberately breaks any of the resort's policies; Eviction will be immediate and without reimbursement of camping fees. Reminder - Register and prepay only for the time you are certain you are staying. No refunds are available. - If calling to cancel within 14 days prior to check-in, a change in dates or future credit will be granted towards a future reservation. - Calling less than 14 days prior to check-in, you will be charged for 1 day at a daily rate, and the remaining days may be used towards a future stay. - Rates are subject to change at any time without notice! - No refunds or credits will be provided for early departure. - No refunds or credits will be provided due to the discomfort of nature. - If a mandatory evacuation is issued for our Campground, we will issue you a future credit for the remaining days of your stay. Seaside Suite Rules and Regulations - Two Night minimum stays except (Holiday weekends) - Must be 21 years or older to reserve. - Three Night minimum for Holiday weekends – News Years, Chili cook-off, Memorial, 4th July, Labor, Seafood Festival, Thanksgiving, & Christmas Day - You will be responsible for any damage incurred during your stay. - Do not spray on any sunscreen in the tub/shower. It will damage the tub, and you will be held liable for it. - Occupancy is regulated by the state of Florida not to exceed the bed rating per unit (2 people). - Coastline RV Resort is not responsible for any items or valuables left behind by guests. - Rates are subject to change at any time without notice! - NO Pets and NO Smoking allowed in Suite or Suite porch (please use the designated smoking area behind Welcome Center) - Strictly enforced! If failed to adhere to this rule, you will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee. - Coastline RV Resort and Campground are privately owned. Management will not be responsible for and assumes no liability in the event of loss due to fire, theft, accidents, Mother Nature, or any other loss, whether it may be injury or loss of property. Management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to evict without prior notice anyone who creates a disturbance, nuisance, or deliberately breaks any of the Resort and Campground policies.
