Need to know

Full-hookup sites include water, sewer, and electricity. Partial-hookup sites include water and electricity, with a complimentary dump station available. Sites offer 50/30/20-amp service, gravel pads, picnic tables, and fire pits. The park is pet friendly and offers free high-speed WiFi.

Rules

One RV unit and one vehicle per site. Site capacity is limited to 6 people/pets including visitors. Camping units and vehicles must be licensed, well maintained, safe, and operational; camping in cars is not allowed. Proper water, electric, and sealed sewer connections are required. EV, boat-battery, or golf-cart charging requires prior authorization. Disconnect hoses during freezing temperatures. Repairs or maintenance to RVs or vehicles require prior consent. Pets must be vaccinated, leashed and supervised, cleaned up after, kept out of park buildings, and may not be aggressive, disruptive, or intimidating. Two pets per site unless management pre-approves more. Follow all posted park rules, policies, and fees.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
