Naming categories by position rather than tier makes choosing straightforward — you know exactly how close to the water you are. Sixty-three cottages and safari-style glamping tents round out the lodging. A general store, laundry, propane fills and exchange, restrooms, showers, firewood, RV storage, and a concierge handle the practical side.
The marina is the centerpiece, with over 300 slips, kayak rentals, bike rentals, and golf cart rentals alongside. - For all guests with stays shorter than 30 nights. ("short-term guests")
- Cancellations may be made for a full refund of your deposit up to the date that is 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date minus a $20 fee.
- Cancellations made after the date that is 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date but prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to all required deposits previously paid.
- No refunds will be given for any cancellation following your check-in date.
- All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation.
Monthly or Longer Stays
- For all guests with stays of 30 nights or longer. ("long-term guests")
- Cancellations may be made for a full refund of your deposit up to the date that is 45 days prior to your scheduled check-in date.
- Cancellations made after the date that is 45 days prior to your scheduled check-in date but prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to all required deposits previously paid.
- No refunds will be given for any cancellation following your check-in date.
- All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation.
- The booking fee is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking.
- After 24 hours, the booking fee is refundable only if your reservation is also fully refundable at the time of cancellation.
