Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time is between 2:00 and 6:00 p.m.
- Check-out time: 11 am.
- Please contact us if you need a late check-in.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Arrival Times
- 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Deposits & Payments
- Initial Deposit: At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected.
- Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected.
Site Occupancy
- We have a five-person per site, max.
- Any more than five guests will require another site.
Tent Policy
- One tent is allowed per tent site.
- Additional sites must be purchased for a second tent.
- Tents are not allowed at any of the RV sites unless a tent is being used in place of an RV.
- Only one car per tent site is allowed, and only four guests per site.
Camp Store/Office Hours
- Camp Store/Office Hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Hours vary in the off-season.
- Our rates include up to 2 adults and 2 children.
- A daily fee will be added for all folks over the age of 3 who exceed the 2 adults/2 children limit.
Water Use
- We ask you to help us conserve water because our water is well-fed.
- Absolutely no washing of vehicles or RVs.
Propane Tanks
- We do not allow ground propane tanks to be installed.
- Propane tanks must be portable or onboard.
- We can fill the portable propane tanks from our on-site propane tank.
Campfires
- Make sure all campfires are completely extinguished before retiring for the evening or leaving the grounds.
- Absolutely no exceptions!
Children Policy
- All children are expected to be supervised.
- Please be mindful of young children near the pond and river.
- There are many trails that require adult supervision of children, as well as in the bathhouse or at the play area.
Trails
- All Trails around the park are to be traveled at your own risk.
- Uneven ground, animal holes, natural grade changes, wet surfaces due to weather or water around the park, and trees, rocks/shrubs/etc. Coming up from the ground will be left in a natural state, and you must be responsible for your travels.
- We recommend closed-toe shoes, and all children should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Bathhouse
- The Bath House is open and available for all of our campers.
- Please be respectful of others: if you use it, clean it, and put it away.
- Please use the shower/restroom area and exit, allowing the next person access.
- Please be considerate.
- You may want to bring your shower shoes.
- Toys, books, and games are located in the Bath House and are available for all.
- Please make sure they are put away when done.
Fishing
- Fishing is available in the river and in the pond.
- You must also have a Colorado Fishing license if you are age 16 or over.
- The pond is "catch and release" fishing only.
Quiet Time
- Quiet time is from 9:00 pm on weekdays to 7:00 am, and from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am on weekends.
- Please be respectful!
Pet Policy
- Limited pets are welcome.
- Dogs must be leashed at all times.
- There are three poop stations on the grounds.
- Please make sure to pick up after your pet.
- Dogs are not to be left alone in trailers.
- If you leave your camper/tent/cabin and leave the park, you must take your dog with you.
- Excessive barking will not be tolerated.
- Please be respectful.
Credit Card Security
- Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
Campground Disclaimer
- If at any point guests violate our policies, they will be asked to leave the campground without a refund.
- Please remember, Colorado winters can be cold.
- We do stay open in the winter to help those winter travelers when we have spaces available.
- Keep in mind the possibility of snow, mud, and freezing temperatures if you are booking from October to May.
- You may be allowed to hook up to water and fill your tank, but then be asked to unhook your water connection for the night due to freezing temperatures.
- We have the following policies in place to provide a safe and enjoyable stay for all of our campers.

Cancellation Policy
Campground Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or changes to a reservation must be made at least two weeks prior to the arrival date, except for holidays, when a minimum of four weeks is required.
- You will be charged for all nights we are unable to rebook your site if you cancel within the two-week (or four-week for a holiday) period, or if you do not show for your reservation.
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Holidays require 4 weeks’ notice.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged for nights that cannot be rebooked.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
- Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1.
- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
