Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time Campsite: 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out time Campsite: 1:00 p.m.
- Check-in time Cabin: 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out time Cabin: 11:00 a.m.
- To allow your unit or site to be properly prepared for your arrival, please do not request an early check-in time.
- Other guests with reservations make it necessary that you observe the check-out time for your site or unit as a matter of courtesy.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Monthly Rentals
- See specific park monthly site agreement.
- A $300 deposit is required for any RV monthly bookings at the time of reservation.
- A $400 deposit is required for all lodging (suites, cabins, and lodges) monthly bookings at the time of reservation.
- No monthly rentals for tents.
- If you cancel your monthly reservation within 30 days, you will forfeit any and all monies paid.
Pet Policy
- Our Campgrounds are pet-friendly and welcome our guests who enjoy traveling and sharing their camping experience with their family dog and/or cat.
- However, to ensure all our guests have a safe and enjoyable time, it is important that you read and abide by the following pet policy.
- Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome.
- If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please leave them at home.
- If you decide to bring your dog and it exhibits this type of behavior, the manager of the campground will ask you to please find other camping accommodations.
- All pets are required to be always under control and visual observation from their owner.
- A six-foot (6’) leash rule is in effect whenever the animal is outside the owner’s camping trailer, vehicle, cabin, or motorhome.
- No pet should be left tied up and unattended outside the owner’s camping equipment.
- Pet owners are required to pick up after their pet while on the property.
- Allowing your pet to bark day or night uncontrollably will not be permitted, and you may be asked to leave if you are not able to control your pet’s barking behavior.
- Pet rules unique to the location will be addressed at the time of reservation or registration, to include the maximum number of pets allowed.
- We encourage all dog owners to call in advance to inquire about any specific rules that might apply to their situation.
- We have a few Cabins that are pet-friendly.
- Please reach out to us to inquire about availability for you and your pet and what the fees are for your stay.
- Service dogs of any breed are welcome.
- However, these animals must follow leash restraint policies and may not exhibit aggressive behavior.

Registration
- All guests must register at the office at check-in; late arrivals check in when registration opens.
Rates/Prices

Office/Store Hours
- Office hours are posted on the front door.
Quiet Hours
- Observed from 10:00 p.m to 8:00 a.m.
Vehicles
- One vehicle is permitted at each site; two vehicles max if the site permits it.
- A registration ticket is required to always be displayed and provided at check-in.
- Parking arrangements can be made through the office for other vehicles and/or trailers for an additional fee.
Prohibited
- The washing of RVs and vehicles is prohibited.
- The operation of ATVs or motorized bikes is not permitted on the resort property.
Golf Carts, Electric Bikes/Scooters
- Golf carts, electric bikes/scooters are authorized.
- All other recreational vehicles must be approved by campground management.
- Must have a valid driver's license to operate these on the property.
- For safety and liability reasons, guests are not permitted to bring any personal motorized vehicles (including personal golf carts).
- Campers may arrive on a motorcycle, but are not permitted to ride the vehicle around the park.
Speed Limit
- 5mph, including bicycles.
- Please watch your downhill speed.
Campfires
- Refer to specific park rules at check-in.
- No campfires except in fire rings provided unless a burn ban is in effect.
- Please do not dump ashes randomly on the grounds; ask the office for assistance.
- Your cold, extinguished ashes can be bagged and sealed properly and can be put in the trash.
- Proper disposal can be in a paper sack enclosed in a plastic sealed garbage bag.
- No loose ash or coals allowed in trash bins.
- Please limit onsite wood storage to be contained within your area.
- Make sure all fires are out before going inside for the night.
Firewood
- Firewood can be purchased in the store, or you can bring your own.
- Gathering of wood or cutting of trees, including branches, is not permitted on the surrounding property.
Trees
- Please help us protect our trees for future guests.
- Do not hang anything from or tie anything to the trees.
- Cutting trees, including branches, carving, driving nails, or marking trees in any manner.
- Do not dump detergents or other poisonous materials on or around any trees or shrubs.
Trash
- Dumpsters are located throughout the property.
- Fire rings are not trash receptacles.
- Please help us keep our grounds beautiful.
Smoking
- Smoking is not permitted in any of our public buildings, cabins, or suites.
Children
- We like to see them having fun, but under the watchful eye of a caring parent or guardian.
- All children on the grounds must be accompanied by an adult.
- All guests will be held responsible for their own children.
Cabins and Suites
- Please refer to the guidelines listed in your individual cabin or unit for specific rules.
RV Sites
- These sites are reserved for RVs only.
- We do not allow tents in RV sites.
- One unit per site.
Tent Sites
- Must have an actual tent in it. If it is a Roof Top Tent, please get in touch with us if you want to book a tent on the site.
- Not all our tent sites allow for driving into the site, so you would have to get to a specific site.
- 1 tent allowed per tent site, 1 vehicle, and no tow.
Firearm Policy
- Loaded firearms, bows, fireworks, air rifles, BB guns, other weapons, or projectile-firing devices are prohibited on the property.
- Guests must obey all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms.
- Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas.
- The only exception is that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in parking areas if permitted by law.
- The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited.
Responsibility
- You are responsible for all damage or losses to your unit or site during your stay.
- By agreeing to these policies, you permit us to charge your credit card on file for the appropriate amount of damages or losses incurred.
- If you do not have a credit card on file with us, you agree to pay the amount you will be billed.
Breaking Policy
- Breaking any portion of the policy or rules will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund, and you will be asked to leave the property.
Sewer/Septic
- Please do not flush any diapers, sanitary napkins, tampons, disposable towelettes, cigarette butts, or razors into the sewer.
Behavior
- We are a family-friendly campground; inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated.
- Our policies are enforced to ensure that our guests enjoy their time here.
- If you or your guest is unwilling to follow our rules, you will be asked to leave and will not receive any refund.
Site Management
- Park staff shall have the right of entry upon land on which a recreational vehicle is situated for maintenance of utilities and maintenance of premises if the need arises.
- However, such entry shall not be in a manner that would interfere with the occupant’s quiet enjoyment.
- The park staff may enter recreational vehicles without prior consent in the event of an emergency.
Pool
- If applicable, all guests will be held responsible for the safety of their own children and guests at the swimming pool, as there is no lifeguard on duty.
- Parents or guardians are to supervise and assume responsibility for all actions of their children.
- No unsupervised children under 16 years of age at the pool.
- No glass containers allowed at the pool.
- No pets allowed in the pool area.
Flags
- Our park provides a safe and welcoming environment for all of its guests and employees.
- Symbols that are intended to - or have the effect of - harassing, demeaning, intimidating, or disparaging any legally protected minority run counter to that goal and are in conflict with the values of our organization.
- Flags and signs that display the Confederate flag, politicians, political candidates, or contain vulgarity or profanity are not allowed to be displayed at your site or throughout the campground/resort.
- Therefore, we reserve the right to ban the display of the Confederate battle flag symbol by any staff, campers, or any other members of the public and prohibit the sale of the Confederate flag symbol on all properties either owned, operated, or managed by Heartland Parks.
- Guests or members of the public found to be in violation of this policy will be immediately asked to remove or cover the Confederate battle flag symbol.
- If they fail to do so, they will be asked to vacate the property.
- The following flags are allowed to be displayed at your site and throughout the campground.
- All international flags; military, including Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Coast Guard, POW, MIA, and veterans; sports; and decorative flags such as holiday, seasonal, or garden.
Management
- Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause.
Campsite Reservations
- An RV site may be used for tent camping with a maximum of one (1) tent, or house a single RV with a maximum of 8 people per site.
- Two-night minimum on all campsites.
- Three-night minimum required during Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Indigenous Peoples'/Columbus Day weekends.
- Limit 8 people per site.
- Rates based on 4 people (4 years old and older).
- Additional person fees apply.
- A maximum of two pets is allowed at all RV campsites.
- Pets are not allowed on tent sites.
- Pets of the registered RV site occupant are welcome, but limited to 2 pets per site.
- Guests or visitors may not bring pets with them.
- If they arrive with a pet, they will not be permitted to enter the park.
- The pet owner is responsible for noise and clean up.
- Pets must be kept on a leash and may not be left unattended at the site.
- No pets allowed at tent sites.
- We reserve the right to remove hostile pets from the parks.
Cabin Reservations
- Unless otherwise noted, rates are based on 4 people (4 years old and older).
- Additional person fees apply.
- No tents allowed at cabins or cottages.
- All cabins have a two-night minimum during non-peak season and a three-night minimum during holiday weekends.
- All Rustic Cabins (no kitchen) have a two-night minimum during peak season.
- All Full Service Cabins (includes bathroom and kitchen) have a three-night minimum during peak season.
- Guests are expected to leave rental units in a reasonably clean condition at departure.
- A $75 cleaning fee may apply if basic cleaning guidelines are not met.
- Units left in an unreasonably filthy condition, with unauthorized pets, or evidence of smoking will incur a minimum $250 professional cleaning fee.
- Pets are only allowed at pet-friendly cabins, so please request them at the time of booking.
- For one pet, there is a flat fee of $50.
- For two pets, there is a flat fee of $75.
- Guests or visitors may not bring pets with them.
- If they arrive with a pet, they will not be permitted to enter the park.
- The pet owner is responsible for noise and clean up.
- Pets must be kept on a leash and may not be left unattended at the site.
- No pets allowed at tent sites.
- We reserve the right to remove hostile pets from the parks.
Change Policy
- Changes to reservation arrival or departure dates made outside of the cancellation window (2+ weeks for campsites, 3+ weeks for cabins) will result in a one-time courtesy change, and every change made thereafter will be charged a $15 service fee.
- The guest is responsible for any resultant difference in rates.
- Changes made to decrease occupancy or pets resulting in a credit owed will result in the issuance of a Camp Credit.
- Camp Credit will remain active on the user account and will expire one year from issuance.
- Reservation arrival or departure dates may not be changed inside the cancellation window.
Payment Policy
- Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
- We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
- If you are struggling to pay in full, give us a call to see how we can work with you.
- For a limited time, all future bookings will only require 50% down.
- The remaining 50% will be required to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.
Outside Food and Beverages
- Food, drinks, and coolers are allowed in the pool area.
- Glass bottles or containers and alcohol are not permitted.
- Food and beverages are not allowed in the pool.
Events and Amenities
- Events and amenities have limited availability during non-peak season.
Locking Fee
- Specific campsites or cabins may be requested, but are not guaranteed.
- We offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable locking fee.
- If you opt out of the locking fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but not the specific unit number.
Rates
- We have adopted dynamic rates that fluctuate based on occupancy, similar to the hotel and airline industry.
- Rates vary based on availability and are subject to change with each search.
Per Unit
- 1 camping unit and 1 car per site.
Age
- Must be 21 or older to rent a campsite or cabin.
Bicycle
- Please, no bicycle riding after dark; state law requires helmets for all guests 11 and under.
Booking
- We cannot accept reservations that include a Saturday arrival or departure unless made within 1 week of booking.
- Bookings made during Memorial Day Weekend or Labor Day Weekend with a Sunday departure date will not be accepted unless made within 1 week of booking.
Minimum Nights
- Three-night minimum required during Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Indigenous Peoples'/Columbus Day weekends.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions.
- Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid, or a reservation credit can be issued toward a future stay to be used within one year from the date the reservation credit was issued.
- All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.
Cabin Cancellation Policy
- 3+ weeks, refund minus $25 cancellation fee per cabin or full refund issued in camp credit valid for one year from the issued date.
- 2+ weeks, 50% of the reservation issued in camp credit valid for one year from the issue date, or 50% of the reservation forfeited.
- Less than 2 weeks, full reservation forfeited.
- The cancellation policy shall be amended in the event a natural disaster (i.e., Blizzard, Hurricane, or Tropical Storm Watch/Warning) is issued for the camp-resort area or the guest’s residence within 48 hours of the reservation arrival date, or when there is a mandatory evacuation of the area and the camp-resort will be closed.
Premium Cabin Cancellation Policy (Cozy House)
- 5+ weeks, refund minus $50 cancellation fee per cabin or full refund issued in camp credit valid for one year from the issued date.
- 4+ weeks, 50% of the reservation issued in camp credit, valid for one year from the issue date, or 50% of the reservation forfeited.
- Less than 4 weeks, full reservation forfeited.
- The cancellation policy shall be amended in the event a natural disaster (i.e., Blizzard, Hurricane, or Tropical Storm Watch/Warning) is issued for the camp-resort area or the guest’s residence within 48 hours of the reservation arrival date, or when there is a mandatory evacuation of the area and the camp-resort will be closed.
Campsite Cancellation Policy
- 2+ weeks, refund minus $25 cancellation fee per campsite OR full refund issued in camp credit valid for one year from the issued date.
- 1+ weeks, 50% of the reservation issued in camp credit valid for one year from the issued date, or 50% of the reservation forfeited.
- Less than 1 week, full reservation forfeited.
- The cancellation policy shall be amended in the event a natural disaster (i.e., Blizzard, Hurricane, or Tropical Storm Watch/Warning) is issued for the camp-resort area or the guest’s residence within 48 hours of the reservation arrival date, or when there is a mandatory evacuation of the area and the camp-resort will be closed.
Reservation and Cancellation Policies
- All Lodging, including Suites, Cabins, and Cottages, deposits and cancellations (All prices are subject to change without notice, and seasonal rates may apply).
- A one-night deposit for the first night’s stay per reservation is required to guarantee your reservation.
- If you cancel your lodging reservation within 14 days, you will forfeit your initial deposit of one night’s stay.
- The remaining balance is due at the time of check-in.
- In-season, a two-night minimum stay may be required on weekends.
- A three or four-night minimum stay may be required for some holiday weekends.
RV Sites – Tent Sites Deposits and Cancellations
- A one-night deposit for the first night’s stay per reservation is required to guarantee your reservation.
- If you cancel your reservation within 7 days, you will forfeit your initial deposit of one night’s stay.
- The remaining balance is due at the time of check-in.
- In-season, a two-night minimum stay may be required on weekends.
- A three or four-night minimum stay may be required for some holiday weekends.
Group Deposits and Cancellations
- Group Deposits and Cancellations for all reservations that include three or more sites or a combination of sites.
- A one-night deposit for the first night’s stay per reservation is required to guarantee your group reservations.
- The balance due on your reservations must be received 30 days prior to your arrival date; otherwise, your reservation will be canceled.
- If you cancel your reservation within 30 days, you will forfeit your initial deposit.
- If you cancel your reservation within 14 days, you will forfeit any and all monies paid on your lodging reservation.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
