Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in is at 1pm. - You must arrive for check-in no later than 8 pm. - Arriving after 8pm will be subject to cancellation with no refund. - Check-out is by 11 am. - There will be a $25 charge for every 15 minutes past 11 am. - If you are having issues departing on time for any reason please let the front office know to avoid additional charges. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pet Policy - Limit 2 dogs per site, effective October 1, 2022. - Arriving with more than 2 dogs per site is cause for removal from the park with no refund. - There will be a $100 charge per day for any pets over 2. - Pets must be leashed at all times unless you are in the off leash dog park. - Please do not keep dogs leashed in the dog park ot creates problems. - Please do not leave your pet outside unattended or tied to trees. - Please, pick up after your pets immediately. - Pets are not allowed in any building, patio, café or pool area. - You will be asked to leave the park if your dog disturbs other guests. - If you plan to leave for the day, we encourage you to take advantage of our pet walking service. - Check with the office to make arrangements. Your Rig - Rig type (fifth wheel, motorhome, travel trailer, etc) and length of rig must match reservation. - We cannot accommodate trailers over 16' and have limited parking for extra vehicles and trailers. - Please notify us in advance if you have any of the above. - Your reservation covers 2 adults, 1 rig/trailer/5th wheel, plus one vehicle. extra motorized vehicles will be charged per day. Important - We cannot accommodate RV's towing additional flat bed, stacker or box trailers over 16' and have limited parking for extra vehicles, motorcycles, trailers. - Please notify us upon receiving this email if you have any of the above. - If you arrive with a tow trailer larger than 16' w/out prior arrangement, you will be turned away with no refund. - We do not have space to accommodate these lengths. - We ask that you please turn off outdoor light bars and LED's after 930pm. - They're very bright and we enjoy our dark park and night skies, as well as sleeping with the windows open. - Arriving with a rig that is different/incorrect length could invalidate your reservation with no refunds provided. - Your rig must be fully self-contained w/ sink, toilet, and water tank in case we have to shut the water off or close the bathrooms. - There will be no refunds for people choosing to leave early due to refusal to use your own toilet during emergency closures of bathrooms. (This happens more than you'd think). - Most of our sites are 30 or 50 amp, not both. - This is why we have size minimums on sites. - All premium sites (1 - 30), big rig & deluxe (A - Q) are 50 amps only. Bathrooms & Facilities - Bathrooms & laundry are open all day & night except for closure between 12 - 1:30 daily for cleaning. - Please plan around this. - Please take care of the facilities as though they were your own space. - There are no maids or mommys here so please respect the space and have consideration for those using it after you.
