General Rules & Policies - Must be 21 or older to reserve a campsite. - One camping unit and two cars per site; day guest vehicles must park in overflow. - Limit 8 people per site. An RV site may hold one RV or up to two tents; pets are not permitted when tent camping on an RV site. - Registered RV-site occupants may bring up to two pets. Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after, and never left unattended. Visitors may not bring pets. - Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 1:00 PM. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. - No bicycle riding after dark; helmets are required for guests age 14 and under. - Personal golf carts are not allowed. Motorcycles may be used only to arrive/depart, not around the park. - Firearms are not allowed in park buildings or common areas; discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is prohibited. - Three-night minimum stays apply for Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. Saturday arrival/departure is generally not accepted unless booked within one week. - Harassment, hate speech, and mistreatment of staff or guests will not be tolerated.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
