Registration and Arrival - RV site check-in is 2:00 PM. - Lodging check-in is 4:00 PM. - Check-out is 11:00 AM. - A government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. - Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a $25 fee; contact Guest Services in advance. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservations and Occupancy - Reservations may be booked for up to five months at a time; guests must move to an alternate site before a new reservation unless an exception is approved in writing. - Only one RV and up to two passenger vehicles are permitted per RV site. - Maximum occupancy is six people per site, including visitors. - Visitors must register with Guest Services, obtain a parking pass, and be accompanied by a registered guest when using resort facilities. RV and Site Requirements - RVs must be 20 years old or newer and RVIA certified; exceptions require written approval. - Sites must remain clean and orderly, and all vehicles and belongings must fit within the site. - Tents, clotheslines, vehicle washing, repairs, and personal-property accumulation are not permitted. - Guests may not diagnose or work on electrical pedestals. - Sewer connections must be secure, and discharging grey water, black water, formaldehyde, or bronopol into the resort sewer system is prohibited. Quiet Hours and Conduct - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - The speed limit is 10 MPH, and pedestrians, bicycles, and golf carts have the right-of-way. - Generators may be used only during daylight hours for up to 45 minutes. - Soliciting and conducting private businesses within the resort are prohibited. - Disruptive, offensive, unsafe, or unlawful conduct may result in removal without refund. Pets - Pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly. - Pets must comply with applicable licensing, vaccination, and leash requirements. - Only service animals are permitted inside the clubhouse, laundry, and bathhouse. - Feeding stray or wild animals and breeding animals are prohibited. Facilities and Safety - Guests must follow all posted rules for the pool, hot tub, clubhouse, laundry, dog park, and other resort facilities. - Smoking or vaping is not permitted in or near indoor recreation facilities, restrooms, shower houses, the pool, or other common areas. - Marijuana, illegal drug possession, use, or sales are prohibited. - Garbage must be bagged, sealed, and placed in designated dumpsters; boxes must be broken down. - Campfires must be in raised fire pits with screened covers and comply with current fire restrictions; fireworks are prohibited. Vacation Rentals - Dogs are permitted only in designated pet-friendly units, with a maximum of two dogs and the applicable cleaning fee; cats and other pets are not permitted. - Smoking is prohibited in vacation rentals, and a $250 cleaning fee may apply for violations. - Occupancy is limited to the number stated on the reservation, and only one vehicle is permitted per rental unless Guest Services approves another vehicle. - Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, lost keys, and additional cleaning required after departure.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
