Registration and Arrival Check-in Procedure - Check-in time: after 12 p.m. (noon) on the day of arrival. - Check-out time: before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. - Please make arrangements prior to 10 a.m. if wanting to stay an extra night. - Also, let us know if you will be leaving prior to your checkout date. - No refunds will be given. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision for spot placement. Deposits - There are no refunds on deposits, but the deposit will be honored for up to 90 days from your original booked stay. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours in the park are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. - All unregistered guests must leave by 11 p.m. Lake Rules - No one is allowed in the lake. - Children MUST be accompanied by an adult at ALL times and should wear a life jacket. Fishing is catch and release only. - For the health of the ducks please Do Not feed them bread. Vehicle Policy - Vehicles (Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite) - Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent campsite(s). - No Parking on grass. - Additional parking in designated parking areas only. Speed Limit - The speed limit is 10 MPH. - Drive carefully and be aware of children and pets. Children Policy - Parents are liable and responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. - Children MUST be supervised around the lake and at the streams. - Do not allow children into the lake or to play in the roadways. - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult Laundry Policy - A drop-off laundry service is available here at the park. The laundry is weighed and charged $1.15 per pound to be washed and folded. - Bedding is $2.00/lb - Here is a list of local laundry mats in the surrounding areas -24/7 Laundry 1004 S Mt Olive St #6, Siloam Springs, AR 72761 -Soap opera laundry 403 S Lincoln St, Siloam Springs, AR 72761 -Snappy Dry cleaner 618 S Holly St, Siloam Springs, AR 72761 Pets Policy - All pets must be registered with the Park Office. - Please text a picture of your pets to the RV Park phone #. - Owners are liable and responsible for their pets at all times. - Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at the campsite. - Animals may not be tethered to utility fixtures, trees, or fences. - No pets left outside unattended. - Animal waste must be picked up promptly by the pet owner. - There are pet scoops available for use at the office. - Please make sure your pets are current on all vaccinations. Wildlife Policy - Please be aware that we have multiple varieties of snakes in our area. - There are pictures and descriptions available in the office. - There are also Coyotes and wild hogs that you may see or hear from the National forest areas. Non-Fire Campground - Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted. - Do not put hot coals in garbage containers. - No fire pits are allowed around campers. - There are designated fire pit areas provided. - A staff member will start a fire in the large fire pit if requested. Garbage Policy - Please be aware that we do have "critters" around so do not leave trash outside. - There are 2 dumpsters onsite that are always available. - Please break down cardboard boxes so there is plenty of room for everyone's trash. After-Hours Assistance/Security - Please send a text to the office phone for assistance after 6 p.m. - For Emergencies call 911 and then 479-220-2542 - Any emergency or weather-related alerts will be sent out to guests by text message. Site rules - Only campers in good repair and appearance will be permitted. - No storage buildings. - Only portable fences and porches are allowed. - Large area outdoor rugs are to be used on gravel areas Only. - Place all satellite dishes and belongings on gravel. - The site must be kept neat and clean. - You are responsible for your utility lines. - During freezing temps, you must use a heated hose or disconnect the hose from our faucet. - ANY damage to frozen pipes will be your responsibility. Monthly rent - Due on the 1st of the month and will be late by the 3rd. - A late fee of $25.00 will be applied after 3 pm on the 3rd of the month. - An additional $5.00 per day will be added until rent is paid. - Any monthly camper that hasn't paid by the 10th and no contact has been made will be considered abandoned and be towed off the property at the owner's expense. - Payments may be made with cash, check, CashApp, or Venmo. - If paying with a credit or debit card a 4% fee will be added. - There are no refunds given for early departure. Disclaimer - We reserve the right to evict any camper/campers who do not adhere to these rules and regulations.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
