Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Guests Responsibility - All guests are responsible for their conduct and that of their guests, children and pets as well as any damages resulting from their actions. - All guests of Buckeye Trails Mobile Home and RV Park who stay at any site or use any of the facilities, does so at their own risk. - Buckeye Trails Mobile Home and RV Park is not responsible for injuries or damages of any sort for any reason. - All guests of Buckeye Trails Mobile Home and RV Park agree to release Buckeye Trails Mobile Home and RV Park and its family members, volunteers, fellow guests and employees of all liability for the loss or damages to property, and injury to his/her person arising out of his/her use of the Buckeye Trails Mobile Home and RV Park facilities and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Buckeye Trails Mobile Home and RV Park, its family members, volunteers, fellow guests and employees against any and all claims of any type. Speed limit - 5 mph Everybody, Every minute, Every where! - This is strictly enforced. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is 10 p.m. - 6 a.m. - No loud music. Campsite - Maximum 2 vehicles per site. - No vehicles in the campground without prior permission. - Absolutely no vehicle maintenance done at the campsite. Pet - Pets must be kept on a leash, and owners must clean up after them. - Excessive barking will not be tolerated. - Do not leave pets unattended outside your rig. - No aggressive pet behavior will be tolerated. - We welcome well-mannered pets and responsible pet owners. - Cats must stay inside your home. - Dogs under 25lbs are welcome. - Please contact the office before your stay to let us know about pets staying with you. Motorized Device Safety - No children on motorized devices. Clothesline - No Clothesline. Appearance Standards - Vehicles and rigs must be presentable. Washing - No RV or vehicle washing on site unless monthly.

Cancellation Policy

- No Cancellation/No Refund - Resevations May Be Moved or Camp Credit. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
