Each RV park rental comes with full hookups. We are a pet-friendly resort with 3 pet relief areas and a pet agility park! This RV park in Mesa, AZ, is fully equipped with plenty of amenities and activities to choose from. In the very center of the Good Life community, you’ll find two sparkling pools and spas, our famous Cactus Grill, and our very own Post Office! For the sports lover, our outdoor areas feature a patio and BBQ, pickleball courts, bocce ball, horseshoes, corn hole, putting green, a batting cage, and a driving range, plus more!

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Terms and Conditions - Good Life RV Resort is a 55+ Active Lifestyle Community. - All rates are subject to applicable taxes and may change without notice. - Total rent for the entire reservation term is due upon check-in. - All rates are based on a maximum of two persons. - All visitors/guests must be registered with Guest Services. - Fee for each additional person is $3/day or $50/month. Maximum 2 pets per site. - We gladly accept checks (in U.S. funds), travelers' checks, or money orders and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express). RV Requirements - We welcome the 55+ Active Lifestyle with a variety of Class A or Class C Recreational Vehicles (RVs), Motorhomes, Travel Trailers, and 5th Wheels. - Minimum length allowed is 22ft (excluding the hitch). - The vehicle or home must be fully self-contained, well-kept, less than 10 years old, and in good condition. - There are some exceptions that are at the discretion of management. Payments and Accepted Methods - Good Life Does Not Accept Cash for payments of any kind. Non-Annual Guests - We do accept payment for rent and utilities by personal checks, US money orders, US cashier's checks, ACH, or you may use your credit card, Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express. - Please Note: Canadian checks must be imprinted with "US Funds" and cannot be processed by Electronic Check. Annual Guests - We do accept payment for rent and utilities by personal checks, US money orders, US cashier's checks, or ACH. - Annual Guests using a credit card to pay rent will be subject to an additional and non-refundable 3% credit card fee. - Please Note: Canadian checks must be imprinted with "US Funds" and cannot be processed by Electronic Check. - Using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards that transact in the United States is required. - Foreign or other transaction fees from your provider may apply. - We gladly accept checks (in U.S. funds), travelers' checks or money orders, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express). Storage Policy - Dry Summer Storage (May 1 - September 1) is available for RVers who also have a Fall Special reservation. - Storage must be paid in full at the time of booking. - Fall Special must be booked simultaneously with a $250 deposit. - Should you attempt to cancel your Fall Special after summer storage, you will lose your entire $250 deposit. - There are no refunds for Summer Storage or for early departure or the Fall Special Deposit. - The storage agreement must be signed. - RV must be fully disconnected from all utilities and 100% vacant. Site Location / Number - Your site number/location is not guaranteed and is subject to change unless a Lock Site Fee is paid at the time of booking. - Lock Site Fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
