Check-In Time: 1:00 pm for RV sites Check-Out Time: 12:00 pm for all sites Deposit: All reservations require payment in advance. If a balance exists, it must be paid in full before commencing Reservation Occupancy: The maximum number of people allowed per site is 6 people Minimum Stays: Holiday weekends require a 3 or more-night minimum stay. Winter stays (Jan-Mar) are a 2-month minimum and must include the month of February. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received greater than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received between less than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a credit that can be used for up to 2 years from date of issuance (less $50 processing fee). No Show Policy: Reservations that do not show within 24 hours of scheduled arrival, and that have not communicated with our reservation team will be considered no-shows and will not receive a refund. Age Restriction: RVs must be 10 years or newer and must be RVIA certified. RVs discovered not in compliance will have their reservation canceled and will not receive a refund. RVs older than 10 years must send photo for management approval. Future Reservations: Reservations and Rates for the following season (Oct. 1-Mar. 31) will become available beginning March 1 of current year. Propane: All propane bottles that are external must be mounted to the tongue of RV and covered with a proper sized tank enclosure Wi-Fi: Is available for casual use. Vehicles: There is a maximum of 2 vehicles per site. Overflow parking is available and additional charges may apply. ATVs and Golf Carts do not count towards total vehicle count. Guests: Guests not included in your reservation must register with the office upon arrival and an additional fee of $10 per person, per day will apply. Guests that intend to stay for an entire month are $150 per person, per month. Pets: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Pet waste must be immediately cleaned by the owners. Failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional fees. No aggressive pets or pets with history of aggression will be allowed. Pet pens and/or outdoor fences are strictly prohibited. Sewer Hook-Up: All sewer hoses must make an air-tight seal when connected to the sewer hook-up Fireworks: Fireworks are prohibited in the park. Bikes: It is recommended that all persons riding a bicycle wear a helmet while operating their bicycles. When not in use, bicycles must be stored neatly or mounted to the sport rack of the RV. Fire Pits: Wood burning fire pits are prohibited. No exceptions. Propane fire pits are allowed and must not be left unattended. Tents: No tents, pop-up canopies, or other structures are allowed to be erected at any time. Trash: Do not leave any trash overnight, outside of your RV. Garbage cans outside of your RV are strictly prohibited. Furniture: Patio furniture must be uniform in design and appearance Storage: Storage of items under your RV is strictly prohibited, with the exception of patio furniture being stored due to high winds. Tablecloths, ice chests, tools, brooms, and other personal items are to be stored away while not in use. No storage totes are allowed under RV. Site Appearance: Do not hang any towels, bathing suits, or other linens outside of your RV. Clotheslines are prohibited. Sites must be neat and orderly and only consist of regular outdoor items. Parking: Do not allow your vehicle to protrude into the street. Parking in vacant RV lots is prohibited, and vehicles are subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Self-Contained: All RVs must be self-contained and equipped with a holding tank Cargo Trailers: Cargo trailers, and other transport trailers are not allowed on your RV site. Management may be able to provide you with space to park. Please inquire in the office. Indemnification and Liability: The park will not be responsible for damage to your personal property caused by nature, other guests, tenants, or residents. Decorations: Decorations must be in good taste and holiday decorations must be removed within 2 weeks of the holiday. Refunds: No refunds will be given should you decide to shorten your stay. Porches/Decks: No porches or decks are allowed without written management permission. All steps must be factoryinstalled manufacturer steps. Mechanical Repairs: No mechanical repairs to vehicles are allowed to be performed. There is a fee of $150 for any type of fluid left on the RV site. Amenities Access: Everyone is assigned a Personal Amenity Gate Code at check-in for access to the pool area, clubhouse, fitness center, etc. Subleasing: No subleasing of RVs or Park Models are allowed. Manager Discretion: Managers are allowed discretion to control site appearance and curb appeal beyond rules explicitly stated on this page. Quiet Hours: Are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM each day. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all Resort buildings, pools, hot tub, and amenity areas
