Ninety-three back-in sites run in standard, premium, and super premium categories, all carrying water, sewer, and electric on 20, 30, and 50-amp with site WiFi, sized to 55 feet, with fire pits and picnic tables. Seventy-nine cabins round out the lodging, which is a substantial cabin inventory for a property this size. A general store, laundry, restrooms, and showers handle the practical side. The Basecamp clubhouse anchors the property with a bistro and bar serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner alongside craft cocktails, wine, and local beer. A seasonal mountain-view outdoor pool and a year-round hot tub and sauna sit alongside, with a pond, playground, hiking, biking, swimming, and live music filling the rest. Bellemont sits just off I-40 at 7,000 feet in the ponderosa pine forest west of Flagstaff, which puts the Grand Canyon, Sedona's red rocks, Jerome, and the San Francisco Peaks all within comfortable driving range — and delivers cool mountain nights when the Arizona desert is unbearable. Can I select the exact Adventure Cabin that I want? - We do allow guests to select the exact cabin that they would like, however, we do not guarantee this unless a “Lock” fee is paid, at which point, you will not be moved unless there are extenuating circumstances. Do you offer daily housekeeping at Village Camp Flagstaff? - We do not offer daily housekeeping or turn-down service. - For stays greater than 7 nights, you may request a mid-stay housekeeping service through our front desk agents. What types of RVs do you allow? - We allow only RVIA-certified RVs that are 10 years or newer. - RVs allowed include Motorhomes, 5th Wheels, Travel Trailers, Truck Campers, and Class B and C Motorhomes. - RVs older than 10 years require photos to be sent in for manager approval. Can I pick my cabin or RV site? - We do allow guests to select the exact site they want; however, we reserve the right to adjust site numbers unless the guest elects to pay a “lock site fee” of $50 which guarantees your site of choice. Do you allow tent camping? - We do not allow tent camping at this time. - Check out an adventure cabin instead! Do you offer WiFi at Village Camp Flagstaff? - We believe in working and relaxing from wherever the WiFi is strong. - Get biz done between adventures or plot your next adventure. Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - 50% Deposit due at time of booking. - Remaining Balance due at time of Check-in. - For Cabin rentals a 50% collateral hold will be placed at the time of check-in and released upon check-out. - Valid Credit Cards only. - There will be no refunds for shortened stays after arrival. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy - At Village Camp Flagstaff, we understand that plans can change. - For cabin reservations, cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded, minus a $28 cancellation fee, while cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. - For RV site reservations, cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to arrival will be refunded, minus a $28 cancellation fee, and cancellations within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable. - Holiday reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable regardless of the time of cancellation. - We encourage all guests to plan accordingly and reach out to us with any questions about your reservation.
