Rules

Registration and Arrival - Check in at the front office between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Contact the park at 256-230-4053 or 256-997-7841 if arriving early or late. - RV campsite check-in is 12:00 PM; cabin check-in is 3:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM for all guests. - Early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval and may incur a fee. Check-Out - Leave the site clean, remove all belongings, and place trash at the end of the campsite. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Keep voices, music, televisions, and vehicle traffic to a minimum. Generators require management approval. Pet Policy - Pets must remain on a leash no longer than 6 feet, may not be left outside unattended, and must not roam. Owners must clean up immediately and are responsible for any damage or injury. - Aggressive, disruptive, or excessively barking pets may be required to leave. Fire and Glass Policy - Campfires are permitted only in designated fire rings or pits and must never be left unattended. Keep fires manageable and fully extinguish them with water. Burn restrictions may apply. - Glass containers are prohibited throughout the campground. Fireworks, explosives, and hazardous materials are prohibited. Parking and Vehicles - Park only at your assigned site or in designated areas. Do not park or drive on grass, roadways, fire lanes, utility areas, or vacant sites without approval. - The campground speed limit is 5 MPH. Vehicle repairs, oil changes, washing, and maintenance are prohibited. Off-road vehicles require management authorization. Safety and Lake Rules - Children must be supervised by an adult. Swimming in the lake is prohibited; use caution while fishing, kayaking, or walking near docks and shorelines. - Do not tamper with campground utilities or climb fences, trees, equipment, or other structures. Report unsafe conditions immediately. Wastewater Disposal - Gray and black water may be discharged only into approved sewer connections or designated dump stations. Connections must remain secure and leak-free. Dumping wastewater on the ground, into drains, ditches, or the lake is prohibited. Smoking Policy - Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside campground buildings, the cabin, and indoor facilities. Dispose of smoking materials properly and observe all burn bans. Maintenance and Conduct - Staff may enter campsites at reasonable times for maintenance, landscaping, inspections, utility work, repairs, or emergencies. Keep sites clear and do not alter campground property or utilities. - Violations may result in fees or removal from the campground without a refund.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund until 7 days prior to check-in. 50% refund 3 days prior to check-in. Beginning 2 days prior to check-in, the reservation is non-refundable. RoverPass platform, service, processing, and credit card processing fees are non-refundable and are excluded from refund calculations.
