Registration and Arrival - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Roads, Speed, and Parking - All roads are one-way; enter on the east side and exit on the west side of the park. - The speed limit is 5 MPH. - Back-in sites have an adjacent 10' x 20' parking spot, and pull-through sites have a 10' x 10' concrete patio with parking behind. - Extended use of overflow parking must be approved by management. Guest and Visitor Policy - A maximum of six people, including visitors, are permitted on the property per site reservation. - Reservation holders are responsible for the conduct of their guests and visitors. Pet Policy - A maximum of two pets is permitted per site. - Pick up pet waste immediately. - Pets causing problems may be required to leave if the issue is not resolved after a warning from management. RV and Vehicle Policy - RVs and campers may not be more than 10 years old unless approved by management. - All vehicles brought onsite must remain in good visual condition and be fully operational. - Electric-vehicle charging is not permitted without prior inspection and approval from management. Site and Utility Policy - Guests are responsible for connecting to the electric, water, and sewer hookups and promptly cleaning any spills. - Keep excess belongings within the reserved site and leave the site completely clear at departure. - Dispose of trash in the dumpster or offsite; do not leave trash on the ground. Fire Policy - Outdoor fires require management inspection and approval each time. Conduct - Follow all laws and ordinances and all park policies communicated by management. - Be respectful of other guests so everyone can enjoy their stay. - Follow the internet service provider's usage policies while using park Wi-Fi. Contacting Management - Call the park to reach onsite management directly.

Cancellations - One night of reservation charges is non-refundable when canceled within 24 hours of the expected check-in time. - The 3% credit-card processing fee is non-refundable. - If a reservation is not canceled and no one checks in or contacts the park within 24 hours after expected check-in, the site may be released for rebooking and no refund will be issued automatically. - Park administration may make exceptions for government-issued warnings, evacuation orders, safety concerns, or at its discretion by issuing a future-stay credit or refunding unused nights. - A reservation will be canceled if a chargeback is received without alternate payment or reasonable attempts to resolve the matter with park administration. Changes - Reservations may be changed online or by request. - Changing a reservation may cause the full reservation to be repriced at current rates.
