Happy Pappy's Montauk RV Park in Salem, MO, offers 8 full-hookup RV sites with 20, 30, and 50-amp service and room for rigs up to 45 feet. Sites come as back-ins and pull-thrus, each carrying water, sewer, and electric with a fire pit and picnic table. The park is open all year. A bathhouse with showers, a general store, firewood, and on-site dining cover the essentials, and pets are welcome with a playground on the grounds. A boat ramp and boat rentals put guests on the water, with hiking, fishing, kayaking, horseback riding, birding, picnicking, and Ozark dark-sky stargazing. The park sits less than a mile from Montauk State Park and its access to the Current River — spring-fed, pristine, and home to some of the best trout fishing in Missouri. Salem is in Dent County at the edge of the Mark Twain National Forest, where the Current begins its run south through the Ozark National Scenic Riverways. Area Tips - We are less than one mile from Montauk State Park with it's access to the beautiful and pristine Current River and some of the best trout fishing in our state! - Canoeing and kayaking is a favorite activity while visiting and there are several businesses with rental available for river water fun.

Rules

Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: 1pm - Flexible - Check-out time: 12:00 pm - Please pull directly into assigned site. - This campground has no shower house or toilet facilities. - All campers must be self contained. - All campers and guests must register and check in online prior to setting up camper. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Wi-Fi - The WIFI Password is happypappys. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm until 7:00 am. Garbage Disposal - Dumpster is available for your trash deposit as needed. - Do not leave trash at the site. - Do not put cans, glass or trash in the fire pits. - Leave the campsite clean on your departure. Grilling - Grills are not provided, you must bring your own. Prohibited Activities - No ATV’s, firearms or fireworks are permitted. Fire Restrictions - Fires may only be burned in designated fire rings. Firewood - We do not provide free firewood; it is for sale at the store. - You may not bring your own wood onto the campground. - You may not cut firewood on our property or any adjoining private or state-owned property. Refusal of Service - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Pet Policy - Pets must be on a leash and cleaned up after at all times. - Maximum of two dogs per camp site are allowed. Cancellation Policy

Happy Pappy's Montauk RV Park Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 14 days prior to check-in. - 50% percent refund 7 days prior, then 6 days prior to the reservation is no longer refundable. - Note, all refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. Refunds - All camping refunds are at the discretion of Happy Pappy’s. - There is a $10 cancellation fee for all canceled reservations. Payment - Payment in full is required when making reservations. - Full refund will be given if notified fourteen (14) days prior to check-in. - No refunds will be given for less than Fourteen (14) days. - There is a $10 cancellation fee. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
